FLOW CHART
The purpose of the attached Flow Chart is to provide a general visual overview of the integrated operations of THE UNITED WEST.
Again, it is important to note that what you see written down is not some new, extremely ambitious dream of a few people who have nothing better to do than make charts.
In actuality, the Flow Chart has simply put “skin” on exactly what we have been doing for several years. In essence, this decision to expand is the result of the expansion already in process. The key at this point is to control and properly manage the projected growth.
In addition, each titled division in the Chart will have its own detailed plan and respective chart of activities, with a specific budget delineated.
