Just a few days before the Memorial Day holiday weekend in May 2013, the President of the United States declared unilateral surrender in what used to be called the Global War on Terror [GWOT] – that is, the war to defend the U.S. and the free world against the forces of Islamic jihad and Islamic Shariah Law. No, he did not actually wave a white flag from the podium, but he may as well have done: in calling for an end to the “Authorization to Use Military Force” (AUMF); declaring al-Qa’eda “on the road to defeat” (again—or maybe it is ‘still’), and expressing reservations about “keeping America on a perpetual wartime footing,” Barack Obama made it clear that he hasn’t the stomach for this fight. It is not that the war is actually over, of course, but rather that, as Andrew McCarthy put it, “he wants it to be over.”

In an odd sort of way, though, Obama’s abandonment of the field of battle to the enemy clears away a good deal of the “clutter” that has attended the so-called GWOT over the last dozen years since the 9/11 attacks. Obama even used language that may help the average American and those observers who see things rather differently from him to begin formulating a new, coherent, and comprehensive kind of national security strategy geared actually to defeating an Islamic supremacist adversary.

The president rightly noted that “[w]e need all elements of national power to win a battle of wills, a battle of ideas.” He even went so far as to reference Islamic “extremists,” and acknowledged that there remains a “pull towards extremism.” Of course, after once again accurately mentioning that a “common ideology” fuels the terrorism we face, he shied quickly away from explaining just what that “common ideology” might be and instead launched into a shopping list of surrender terms that he is betting will somehow sap the fighting spirit of Islamic jihad, perhaps, one assumes, by the sheer force of their reasonableness. Among these are the U.S. retreat from Afghanistan and fewer boots on the ground everywhere (they are claimed to be “self-defeating”); suspension of the “Authorization to Use of Military Force;” partnerships with jihadist state powers such as Pakistan; addressing “underlying grievances,” such as poverty and sectarian hatred (no details on how to get Sunnis and Shi’as to start liking each other, though); more foreign aid (perhaps to some of the oil rich jihad nurseries such as Qatar or Saudi Arabia?); greater respect for state sovereignty (Libya, Syria and Israel presumably excepted); and, of course, closing Guantanamo Bay [GITMO]. The one that’s sure to grab jihadi attention immediately, though, is the president’s determination to “be humbler.” Unfortunately for the president’s strategy, the ideology of this particularly savage enemy tends to treat “humility” as groveling — and as an invitation to double down on aggression.

Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., chairwoman of  the Senate intelligence committee, were among [...]]]> Top-ranking lawmakers on both sides of the aisle declared Thursday that the  “red line” in Syria has been crossed, calling for “strong” U.S. and  international intervention after administration officials revealed the  intelligence community believes chemical weapons were used.

Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., and Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., chairwoman of  the Senate intelligence committee, were among those urging swift  action.

McCain, who has long called for more involvement in Syria, voiced concern  that the administration would use “caveats” to avoid acting on the new  intelligence. He said America’s enemies are paying “close attention” to whether  the U.S. follows through, as the White House signaled it wanted to see more  proof before responding to the new information.

“I worry that the president and the administration will use these caveats as  an excuse not to act right away or act at all,” McCain told Fox News. “The  president clearly stated that it was a red line and that it couldn’t be crossed  without the United States taking vigorous action.”

“If we are practicing Muslims, we are above the law of the land” said Mustafa Carroll, executive director of the Dallas-Fort Worth branch of the Council On American Islamic Relations (CAIR).  Mustafa Carroll’s incendiary quote was meant to incite lawless action from his target audience of “practicing Muslims.”

We urge Americans to speak out against this latest form of irrational anti-Americanism, hate mongering, incitement, and for CAIR to publicly reaffirm respect for the law of the land and tolerance for all.

Overview

This article will show how CAIR Dallas-Fort Worth executive director Mustafa Carroll’s quote is subversive and in violation of their coveted  501(c)(3) nonprofit tax exempt status and is illegal under United States Code.  CAIR has shown a pattern of similar statements from Omar Ahmad and Ibrahim Hooper advocating for Rebellion or Insurrection under United States Code.

Mustafa Carroll is 100% Right

Mr. Carroll made his subversive “…we are above the law of the land” call to action at the Texas Muslim Capitol Day on January 31, 2013.  According to Islamic doctrine and theology Mustafa Carroll is 100 percent in accordance with Islamic Law.  Islamic Law  teaches the Qur’an is the exact word of Allah down to the last letter and supersedes all man made laws including our Constitution and Bill of Rights.  Mr. Carroll should be applauded for his honesty and then harshly punished for his subversive speech against the United States of America.

Mustafa Carroll is the Executive Director of a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) Civil Rights Organization so his words spoken in public carry considerable weight, especially when spoken on the steps of Texas State Capitol where man made laws are written and enacted.

Accurate Image of Islam in America

CAIR-TX, DFW Chapter website says it,  “is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, tax-deductible grassroots advocacy and civil right organization.  CAIR was established to promote a accurate image of Islam and Muslims in America. We believe that misrepresentations of Islam today are most often the result of ignorance on the part of non-Muslims and reluctance on the part of Muslims to clearly articulate our beliefs…we strive to maintain the highest ethical standards in all of our endeavors. In our work towards portraying an accurate image of Islam in America…”

John Griffing wrote a good article documenting the serial lawlessness and arrests of CAIR principles over the years plus a live uncut video of Mustafa Carroll and others on the steps of Texas State Capitol.

I believe Mustafa Carroll chose his words carefully and articulated his view of an “accurate image of Islam in America”, when he stated, “If we are practicing Muslims, we are above the law of the land.”  Mr. Carroll believes he is above the law and better than everyone else.

Omar Ahmad & Ibrahim Hooper Are Above The Law Too

Mustafa Carroll’s subversive quote mirrors CAIR co-founder Omar Ahmad when he was quoted by Lisa Gardiner saying, “Islam isn’t in America to be equal to any other faith, but to become dominant, he said. The Koran, the Muslim book of scripture, should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth.”

Mustafa Carroll’s subversive quote also mirrors CAIR National spokesman Ibrahim Hooper, who indicated in a 1993 interview with the Minneapolis Star Tribune he wants to see the U.S. become a Muslim country.  Ibrahim Hooper said, “ I wouldn’t want to create the impression that I wouldn’t like the government of the United States to be Islamic sometime in the future,” Hooper told the paper. “But I’m not going to do anything violent to promote that. I’m going to do it through education.”

The public admissions above from CAIR’s leadership confirms  Mustafa Carroll, Omar Ahmad, and Ibrahim Hooper are “portraying an accurate image of Islam in America” as per the CAIR mission statement.  Why else then would all three men have made such eerily similar supremacist political statements at different times and places.

In law enforcement circles they call three similar statements from three different individuals in the same organization, a clue,  they are telling the truth about their intentions of being above or replacing our Rule of Law.

Red Flags – CAIR’s Long Train Of Abuses

When any group or individual states or implies publicly they are above the law red flags immediately pop up because we are a nation of man made laws.

CAIR has a long train of abuses not following our man made laws and it is ponderous how they are still allowed to operate.   CAIR temporarily lost their 501c3 status, have been charged with violating the civil rights of their Muslim clients, have been labeled as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation and Development terrorist Funding trial, have had several leaders arrested on terrorism charges, and the FBI severed ties with CAIR in 2008 for their ties to supporting terrorists.

When CAIR displays such a pattern of lawlessness from Mustafa Carroll, Ibrahim Hooper, and Omar Ahmad, this above the law mentality would appear to be systemic throughout the organization and our man made laws have a word for that.

Rebellion or Insurrection

United States Code, Title 18, Part 1 Chapter 115, section 2383 states, “Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”

Call To Action

We demand the FBI open an investigation into Mustafa Carroll’s violation of United States Code and press charges immediately against Mr. Carroll for attempting to incite all practicing Muslims to rebel against the laws of these United States of America.

The United West calls for the removal of Mustafa Carroll, Executive Director of CAIR Dallas-Ft. Worth chapter for publicly inciting all “practicing Muslims” to believe “they are above the law of the land” and not subject to the same laws everyone else must follow.  Mr. Carroll and CAIR are clearly out of touch with mainstream American values, the rule of law,  United States Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.

CAIR and Mustafa Carroll’s  activities on the steps of the Texas State Capital are also incompatible with charity and social welfare. Rev. Rul. 75-384, putting their 501(c)(3) status in jeopardy.

Adding insult to injury is Mustafa Carroll’s CAIR Annual Banquet Dinner on April 20, 2013, titled “Upholding our Constitution”  CAIR National Executive Director Nihad Awad will be speaking at the dinner,  when he should be removing Mustafa Carroll from his Executive Director post and apologizing to the American people.

Conclusion –

Mustafa Carroll, Ibrahim Hooper, Omar Ahmad, and Nihad Awad are individuals who hold a closed-minded view of America by promoting prejudice against or hatred of non-Muslims who believe our man made laws are the supreme law of the land (Article 6 U.S. Constitution).

America is a nation of laws, not of men or women.  In America, no one is above the law and no one is below it.

President Barack Hussein Obama said, “Transparency and the rule of law will be the touchstone of this presidency.”  President Obama can prove he was telling the truth by instructing the DOJ and FBI to open an investigation into this matter, showing the American people that CAIR and Mustafa Carroll are not above the law of the land.

A Soldier’s Warning: Obama’s Latter-Day “Munich” Puts Israel in the Crosshairs

This fall will mark the anniversary of a shameful betrayal of a small nation, one that led to a world war in which upwards of 60 million people died. September 30, 2013 will be 75 years to the day when British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain and French Prime Minister Edouard Daladier cemented their agreement with Hitler to force democratic Czechoslovakia to relinquish the Sudetenland, an ethnically German region, to the Nazis.

As you’ll see in this interview, William Langfan, a World War II veteran who witnessed the catastrophic consequences of Chamberlain’s appeasement of Hitler, warns that President Obama – together with Great Britain, France and others in the European Union – is about to do the same thing to Israel.

Obama is scheduled to travel to Israel next month. He is expected to hold talks with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and visit Yad Vashem and Mount Herzl cemetery, and possibly to visit Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas in the West Bank.

Now that he’s been re-elected and no longer has to worry about alienating American Jewish voters, Obama feels free to take a hard line in demanding Israeli concessions for “peace,” says Langfan, who earlier this month (March 4) turned 91.

Langfan says he “absolutely” believes that Obama’s approach toward Israel is analogous to the Franco/British handling of Czechoslovakia in 1938. He said that in both cases, more powerful democratic nations have sought to force smaller, embattled ones to “weaken” themselves by making dangerous concessions to hostile dictatorial enemies, be they Hitler or the Palestinian Authority.

A tireless researcher and writer on current Israeli security affairs, Langfan remembers following the 1938 Czechoslovakia crisis in the newspapers as a teenager growing up in New York. He joined the U.S. Army and from 1943-45 saw duty in England, Belgium, Germany and France, where he participated in the Battle of the Bulge.

In April 1945, his unit arrived at Buchenwald concentration camp a day after American forces liberated it, giving Langfan, 23, a chance to see firsthand the results of futile efforts to appease a rapacious enemy. He spoke to numerous Holocaust survivors at the camp, where more than 50,000 people had been slaughtered. They told horrific tales of people being starved and gassed.

“It was terrible. I saw the bodies on the carts,” Langfan says. Mail prisoners at the camp were “skinny as an arm.”

Betraying Czechoslovakia (1938)

According to Langfan, there is a clear link between the failure to stop Hitler’s aggressions against Czechoslovakia, and before that the Rhineland (March 1936) and Austria (March 1938) and the horrors he witnessed at Buchenwald. Forcing Czechoslovakia to cede the Sudetenland to Hitler was of tremendous benefit to the Wehrmacht. Had the British and French stood firm, Hitler in all likelihood would have been forced to back down.

Langfan believes many in the West fail to grasp the similarities between Israel today and Czechoslovakia in 1938. Both are democracies surrounded by dictatorships and autocracies. Today, Israel’s top ally is the United States; in 1938; Prague had alliances with France and the Soviet Union (the latter nation, wracked by internal turmoil at the time, refused to intervene against Hitler). Czechoslovakia had an impressive, well-trained military that could well have been a formidable ally if London and Paris had been prepared to go to war to defend that nation.

But it was apparent that both of these nations, still reeling from the ravages of World War I, would go to almost any lengths to avoid confronting the Nazi dictator. In mid-September, French Prime Minister Edouard Daladier and his foreign minister went to London where they joined the British in fashioning a plan to placate Hitler by requiring that all areas with a Sudeten German population of more than 50 percent be returned to Germany. Prague initially rejected the proposal, but it was forced to acquiesce on Sept. 21.

But at a meeting with Chamberlain the following day, Hitler upped his earlier demands, insisting that the German Army occupy the Sudetenland and that Czechoslovaks be removed from there in less than a week. Chamberlain promised to show the proposals to the Czech government, which rejected it, as did the French and the British cabinet.

On Sept. 23, the Czech government ordered a general mobilization, with the French ordering a partial one the following day. In a desperate attempt to avert to avert war, Chamberlain called for convening a four-power conference to find a resolution.

In a September 26, 1938 speech, Hitler made menacing comments about Czechoslovakian President Eduard Benes.

“He can either accept my offer and give the [Sudeten] Germans their freedom, or we will go and get it for ourselves,” Hitler said. “The decision is his! Be it war or peace!”

On Sept. 29, Hitler; Italian dictator Benito Mussolini; Chamberlain; and Daladier met in Munich where they agreed to a deal in which Germany was permitted to occupy the Sudetenland, with an international commission deciding what to do about disputed areas. They told Czechoslovakia it could agree or would face Hitler on its own. The Czechs backed down.

Hitler and Chamberlain signed an agreement in Munich on Sept. 30, 1938 declaring their determination to resolve differences through consultation.

Both Chamberlain and Daladier were welcomed by jubilant crowds upon returning home, with Chamberlain declaring that he had achieved “peace with honor. I believe it is piece for our time.” His bitter rival, Winston Churchill, countered that this was rubbish.

“You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor and you will have war,” he told Chamberlain.

As it turned out, Churchill proved to be prescient. By Oct. 10, 1938, Hitler had occupied the Sudetenland. He annexed the rest of Czechoslovakia the following March and invaded Poland nearly six months later, triggering World War II

Betraying Israel (2013)

According to Langfan, there are disturbing parallels between President Obama’s approach to Israel and the disastrous appeasement policy pursued by the French and the British before the war. The United States today is following that sorry 1930s precedent by pressuring Israel, an embattled ally, to cede territory to neighbors that remain committed to its destruction.

Langfan says many people, blinded by Israel’s status as a regional superpower, overlook the reality that it would not continue to be if it is forced into making major territorial concessions that bring groups like Hamas within rocket range of its airports. Similarly, Israel’s military deterrent is weakened when the United Nations, Washington and Paris and London intervene and push for ceasefires before Israel is able to complete military actions against terrorists – something that has occurred repeatedly in Gaza in recent years.

Langfan’s critique of Obama Administration policies harmful to Israel’s security includes the following:

*Obama’s choice as secretary of defense, Chuck Hagel, confirmed by the U.S. Senate this week, has a long record of hostility toward Israel and its American Jewish supporters. Hagel’s confirmation following a “pitiful” performance at his confirmation hearing reflects poorly on Senate Republicans who could have stopped his confirmation if they had held together on cloture. It sends a “message of weakness” to America’s friends and enemies around the world.

When you take into account Hagel’s abysmal record on national security issues and U.S. efforts to push Israel back to the 1967 lines, his selection as defense secretary “creates as negative a feeling as someone could convey” about the Obama Administration’s intentions on national security.

*Obama approved a gift of F-16 fighter jets and MIAI Abrams tanks to the Muslim Brotherhood dominated Egyptian government and looked the other way as Cairo imported Scud missile parts from North Korea.

*It doesn’t “make a damn bit” of difference whether Obama goes to Yad Vashem on his upcoming visit to Israel. What matters is policy, and Obama’s support of a “two-state solution” and putting pressure on Israel is harmful and destructive.

*For more than four decades, Israel’s top strategic minds have emphasized that defensible borders will require that the Jewish State retain territory beyond the pre-Six-Day-War borders.

President Obama, however, disagrees. As he explained in a 2011 address to the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, Israel’s borders “should be based on the [June 4] 1967 lines.” He tried to offset that by offering “mutually agreed land swaps” -nearly identical to territorial concessions rejected in 2008 by Palestinian Authority boss Mahmoud Abbas and ones rejected by Yasser Arafat in 2000.

*Obama “has a misdirected concept that you can make a deal with Iran” over issues like its nuclear program. The president doesn’t appreciate the reality that Iran and its North Korean allies are analogous to Hitler and Japanese boss Hideki Tojo during the 1930s and 1940s – irredentist totalitarians who have no interest in compromise.

Whitewashing Palestinian Terror, Incitement

Bill Langfan is sharply critical of the Obama Administration for continuing the policies of its predecessors: pushing for Israeli concessions to the Palestinians while ignoring the Palestinian refusal to to change the PLO covenant calling for Israel’s destruction.

The Oslo “peace process” is one of “the greatest mistakes in U.S. history,” he says. The Palestinians “have behaved in bad faith” from the very beginning of the process nearly 20 years ago, and thanks to the indulgence of President Clinton and U.S. envoy Dennis Ross, Arafat managed to get away without changing offending clauses in PLO National Covenant.

In a Sept. 9, 1993 letter to Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin, Arafat declared that those provisions of the PLO Covenant that are inconsistent with promises of “peaceful coexistence” with Israel “are now inoperative and no longer valid. Consequently, the PLO undertakes to submit to the Palestinian National Council (PNC) for formal approval the necessary changes in regard to the Palestinian Covenant.”

But Langfan makes a powerful case that that never happened. He says that when the record is carefully examined , it becomes clear that PLO Covenant (sometimes referred to as the “Charter”) was never actually changed.

The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in May 1996 that the PLO had left the Charter intact and had failed to renounce violence or accept Israel’s right to exist. In 1998, President Clinton traveled to Gaza where he watched what was purportedly a decision by the Palestinian National Council to remove the offending clauses. After analyzing a series of complex legal gymnastics by the PNC, Langfan concludes that the Charter calling for Israel’s destruction remains in effect.

The notion of “reform” is also undercut by the dramatic increase in Palestinian terrorism after the supposed Dec. 14, 1998 vote to “reaffirm peace.” The years following that vote saw “the greatest amount of Israeli civilian casualties per year since the 1949 armistice,” Langfan says. From 1949 through Dec. 31, 1998,approximately 28 Israeli civilians a year were killed in terrorist attacks. From January 1999 through December 31, 2009, Israeli civilian deaths averaged 109 per year –nearly a fourfold increase.

He summarizes the results of the Israeli –Palestinian “peace process” this way:

“Hamas controls Gaza; Fatah much of the West Bank and there are more Israeli civilian deaths from terrorism than ever before.” Moreover, “the same PLO charter calling for Israel’s destruction, which has never been modified remains in force, in addition to a Fatah constitution and a Hamas charter, both of which call for Israel’s destruction.”

When you look at the continuing, essentially daily incitement documented by Palestinian Media Watch (PMW) and MEMRI, and it is abundantly clear that the “moderate” Fatah continues to be engaged in incitement. There has “been no fundamental transformation on the Palestinian side.”

As the PMW website makes clear, Palestinian incitement remains a daily, continuing problem. Fatah’s Facebook page, for example, recently paid tribute to Wafa Idris, the first Palestinian female suicide bomber, who blew herself up in Jerusalem in January 2002, killing one person and injuring more than 150. As a volunteer for the Palestinian Red Crescent, she could bypass Israeli security and enter the capital in a Palestinian ambulance.

Other recent features on the site include PA media tributes to suicide bombers and quotations from the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, which are depicted as exposes of Jewish crimes.

Langfan says the PLO’s Fatah faction remains committed to the “Strategy of Stages” path toward Israel’s destruction and agrees with the Wall Street Journal’s Brett Stephens, who admits he was wrong to have endorsed Israel’s unilateral withdrawal from Gaza in 2005. As Langfan describes it, Stephens now says he is for a two-state solution once the Palestinian relationship with Israel is like the U.S. relationship with Canada.

“After World War II, the United States military remained in Germany and Japan until those societies were fundamentally changed,” Langfan said. “We left, and they became two of our top allies. Israel should not be forced out of territories captured in a defensive war like the West Bank until there is a clear change in Palestinian minds.”

When President Obama visits the region, he should make it a priority to insist that Abbas take steps to end incitement, Langfan says, while expressing doubt that the President would take such a step. Pointing to Obama’s longstanding friendships with the likes of Bill Ayers, Rashid Khalidi and Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Langfan describes Obama as a man of the “hard left” who has little interest in confronting anti-Jewish bigotry in any sustained fashion.

With that has come such new complications as the rebel killing of Gen. Hassan Shateri of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps Qods Force, who was a senior Iranian representative in Lebanon. When Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah expressed his dismay at the loss, he noted that Shateri was not the first Iranian to be killed on a mission with Hezbollah.

Hezbollah is also reported to be giving haven in Lebanon to Alawite officers and their families, putting them up in style and paying them, in the hope that the Alawites will be helpful to Hezbollah whatever happens. According to a recent report by Israeli analyst Shimon Shapira, the Lebanese militia, “is particularly interested in officers who are highly experienced in the use of Russian-made weapons systems such as long-range rockets and surface-to-air missiles. Hezbollah’s initiative has been coordinated with the Qods Force, which is responsible for the training of Hezbollah’s forces in Lebanon and Iran.”

Two of the United States’ closest allies in the Middle East — Yemen and Saudi Arabia — have come under fire Monday from international human rights groups over the execution of juveniles offenders.

According to Amnesty International, Saudi Arabia is scheduled to execute seven men on Tuesday for crimes committed when they were under 18-years-old. The men, sentenced to death in 2009 for armed robbery, have been “beaten, denied food and water, deprived of sleep, forced to remain standing for 24 hours and then forced to sign ‘confessions’,” according to Amnesty.

As Reuters noted, the U.N. Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights said in a 2006 report that it was “deeply alarmed” at the imposition of capital punishment by Saudi judges for crimes committed before the age of 18.

The report noted fire Battalion Chief Jane Hutchinson said the ideas were not  farfetched.

The memo  uses the term “Islamist” only once – to describe extremist groups such  as Lashkar-e-Toiba that are active in South Asia.

Elsewhere the advisory is silent on the religious/ideological motivation driving the majority of anti-Western terrorist groups.

Yet, of the terror organizations it refers to, all but one are  Islamist-oriented. This is happening every day,” said Adel Guindy,  president of Coptic Solidarity and a member of Egypt’s Coptic community who  travels between Paris and Cairo. “This one incident caught the attention of the  news agencies, but there are worse things happening to the Christians every day  in Egypt,” he said.

The Florida House Civil Justice Subcommittee has passed HB 351, formally titled “Application of Foreign Law in Certain Cases” but more popularly referred to as an “Anti-Sharia Bill.” The bill is modeled after legislation proposed by activist groups who claim Islamic law, which discriminates against women and non-Muslims, is stealthily encroaching upon the American judicial system.The bill prohibits the enforcement by Florida courts of contracts, mediation agreements, or other voluntary settlements if those agreements are based “on any foreign law, legal code, or system that does not grant the parties affected by the ruling or decision the same fundamental liberties, rights, and privileges guaranteed by the state Constitution or the United States Constitution.”

The measure, sponsored by Rep. Larry Metz, R-Yalaha, passed on a party-line vote, with all nine Republicans supporting it and the panel’s four Democrats opposing.

American Center for Law and Justice Executive Director Jordan Sekulow said in  an interview with WND that he and his organization are apprehensive about the  pastor’s future.

“We [...]]]> Iranian-born American pastor Saeed Abedini is being tortured in an Iranian  prison, and is being denied any contact with his family on the outside,  according to reports.

American Center for Law and Justice Executive Director Jordan Sekulow said in  an interview with WND that he and his organization are apprehensive about the  pastor’s future.

“We are concerned about the fate of American Pastor Saeed Abedini, who is  facing eight years in a brutal Iranian prison because of his Christian faith,” Sekulow said. “We know that his health is not good. We know that he continues to  be beaten and tortured in prison. And, we know that he is being subjected to  psychological abuse now as well.”

Further, ACLJ spokesman Gene Kapp said the pastor is being denied phone  contact with the outside.

“Iranian officials refuse to permit Pastor Saeed to communicate with his  family via phone and have been pushing propaganda to try and convince him that  efforts to secure his freedom have ceased,” Kapp said.

Abedini was sentenced   January 27 to eight years in the notorious Evin Prison after he was accused  of running a network of house churches in Iran.

Missions group   Asia Harvest denounced the sentence in a statement on their website.

“He was convicted on charges of starting house churches throughout Iran in  the early 2000s. Friends, an eight-year prison sentence in that demonic prison  is basically a death sentence. Many people who go into Evin Prison only last a  few days or weeks before they perish,” Asia Harvest said.

The ACLJ   said Abedini’s lawyers have filed an appeal of his conviction.

“In Iran, Pastor Saeed’s attorney filed an appeal yesterday in Tehran. It  could take considerable time for the Iranian court to act on the written  appeal,” Sekulow said.

Sekulow says Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani’s case illustrates the ineffectiveness  of appeals.

“It’s important to note, though, as we saw in the case of Pastor Youcef,  appeals in these cases often lack any semblance of due process and justice, and  are frequently no more than a rubber stamp of the initial unjust trial,” the  ACLJ said.

Sekulow also raised the issue of the pastor’s morale.

“For the first time since his conviction, Pastor Saeed expressed apprehension  and concern about his fate, openly questioning whether efforts are still under  way to secure his freedom,” Sekulow said.

The Da Silva family came to America 23 years ago on a temporary visa.   Lucas Da Silva was twelve months old at the time and was several years later blessed with a sister.   Although living in  America illegally, the Da Silva’s lives would forever change in 2009.

In 2009 Lucas’ father was deported back to Brazil.  By all accounts the  Da Silva family worked hard and enjoyed all the benefits of being American  citizens.  The Da Silva family embraced our American culture, but willfully violated our immigration laws.

Hard Choices

When the Da Silva’s temporary visa expired the family had only two  choices.  Return to Brazil or remain in America illegally.   The  Da Silva’s chose to stay in America fully aware the consequences from that  decision would impact their son and daughter.  The parents chose to live  the life of illegal aliens for reasons only known to them.

The Da Silva’s first real hard choice came knocking at their door in 2009  when Mr. Da Silva was deported back to Brazil.  The Da Silva Family now had two difficult choices to choose from.

1.   The entire family could return to Brazil with the father and  remain intact.

2.   The mother, son, and daughter would remain in America and  proceed with their lives as illegal immigrants surviving in a fatherless  household.

The Da Silva Family chose option two, with both eyes open, accepting all the  hardships that decision would carry with it.

The religion of Islam has made great strides enlarging its ranks of late, as it is currently the fastest growing religion in the world today.  The U.S. has also seen a spike in the number of conversions to Islam as well as an increase in immigration by Muslims worldwide.

Broward County has had several recent incidents where Muslims have clashed with Christians in protests regarding Israel as well as about the construction of several Mosques throughout the county.

In light these controversies, a newly established billboard campaign promoting the website whyislam.org is now clearly visible from both the northbound and southbound lanes of I-95.  We reviewed the site page by page and it’s essentially a ’411′ website for both Muslims and for persons who are interested in learning more about the religion.

WhyIslam.com is very user friendly and covers a wide number of topics pertaining to Islam including its relationship with other religions, so-called “misconceptions” about Sharia Law as well as other highly questionable claims about the religion that will certainly raise eyebrows.  The site even has a link to an information page that tells you how to arrange a tour of a mosque.  And this being South Florida, the billboards dutifully inform us that the shadowy organization’s representatives also “Se Habla Espanol.”

Students have always said [...]]]> FORT COLLINS – A Fort Collins principal stands by his decision to allow students from a multicultural group to recite the Pledge of Allegiance in Arabic on the school’s intercom.

“We do say the Pledge of Allegiance on Mondays at Rocky Mountain High School,” principal Tom Lopez said.

Students have always said it in English. This year, a group with about 30  students approached Lopez with a request to translate and recite the pledge in  other languages.

“They had to go through me for approval, and I reviewed it pretty carefully,”  Lopez said.

First, the students translated the Pledge of Allegiance and read it in  French. Then they recited the pledge in Spanish last fall. Monday, students read  the pledge in Arabic.

“We have a tremendous amount of diversity in our school,” Lopez said. “This  is very American, not un-American.”

The response has been mostly positive, said Lopez, though the calls and  emails from upset parents have been very negative.

“I guess I’m getting worn down a little bit by how intense their sense of  hate has been represented in some of the things they’ve written and said,” Lopez  said on Tuesday.

The Oklahoma Bankers Association has tweaked its recommended “no hats, no hoods, no sunglasses” security policy at banks after an incident at a Tulsa bank last year involving a woman customer wearing a religiously mandated head scarf, or hijab, raised discrimination claims.

The Oklahoma Bankers Association clarified the voluntary initiative, designed to boost safety at banks by making it easier to identify robbers, after meeting with the American Civil Liberties Union of Oklahoma and the state chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations.

The meeting was prompted in October when, at a Tulsa bank, a woman wearing a hajib was told she would have to be escorted into the bank because of the policy on head-covering attire. She and groups supporting her claimed the policy was discriminatory.

The ACLU and state CAIR chapter on Thursday praised the industry group for responding to those concerns.

“We are incredibly pleased that the OBA recognizes that respecting the religious requirements of their customers and ensuring a safe and secure banking environment can go hand in hand,” Ryan Kiesel, executive director of the ACLU of Oklahoma, said in a statement.

Jan 18 (Reuters) – A Saudi Air Force sergeant in the United States for training has been arrested on child sexual assault charges over accusations he raped a 13-year-old boy in a Las Vegas hotel, and bail was set on Friday at just over $1.2 million, authorities said.

Mazen Alotaibi is accused of raping the boy on New Year’s Eve at the Circus Circus hotel on the Las Vegas Strip, where both Alotaibi and the boy were guests, according to a criminal complaint.

Police said that Alotaibi, 23, had been visiting Las Vegas while temporarily stationed at Lackland Air Force base in Texas.

The man’s defense lawyer said his client had been in Las Vegas with a group of Saudi military friends ahead of the impending end of his U.S. training, and had spent the hours before the incident drinking.

“He was two weeks from graduating. He came to Las Vegas to celebrate. It was New Year’s Eve,” the attorney, Don Chairez, told Reuters, complaining that Alotaibi was intoxicated when he was interrogated by police and that he admitted he may have had sexual contact with the boy only under aggressive questioning.

“There is no evidence my client dragged this kid to the hotel room,” Chairez said, adding that the boy had approached the Saudi group looking to buy marijuana. “They repeatedly tried to get rid of him.”

Shortly before pulling into the Jewish settlement named Tekoa, where he lives, [...]]]> Thirteen-year-old Noam Melamed got out of school early Wednesday and hitched a ride home with a neighbor instead of taking the usual bus ride home.  Little did he know how fateful a decision that would be.

Shortly before pulling into the Jewish settlement named Tekoa, where he lives, the driver of the car turned the bend of the Arab village with the same name and met a dramatic, rock-throwing ambush by Palestinian youths.

As the car passed through the barrage, a large rock flew into the car, breaking the windshield and hitting the eighth grader – who was sitting in the front passenger seat – straight in the face. His mother tells TheBlaze that Noam passed out, sustained a broken nose, and his upper lip was sliced straight through.

TheBlaze contacted Ariel Wreschner, the driver, who tells us about the frightening experience:

Palestinian youths were waiting on the side of the road. I already saw large rocks on the road that were probably thrown at other cars earlier in day. They looked around 14 years old and they were just waiting for us. A rock flew into the car and broke the windshield. Somehow I kept driving and called an ambulance to wait for us at the gate.

After his conversion to Christianity, he began to speak out against Islam. He  told WND, “Muslims are involved everywhere in terrorism. Christians are being  persecuted in Islamic countries to the maximum level of torture and suffering and Islam is trying to invade the Western world and kill our values. Who will  stop this all?”

In his legal fight, he’s represented by The Legal Project, which describes  itself as working “…to protect the right in the West to freely discuss Islam,  radical Islam, terrorism, and terrorist funding.”

Barring John Walker Lindh and his fellow Muslims from engaging in daily group ritual prayer violates a 1993 law that bans the government from curtailing religious speech without showing a compelling interest, U.S. District Judge Jane Magnus-Stinson ruled.

The judge blocked the prison from enforcing its ban on daily group prayer, but noted that her ruling does not prohibit the prison from taking more restrictive security measures.

U.S. Attorney Joe Hogsett, whose office represented the prison, said Friday that prosecutors were considering their next step, including a possible appeal.

“This case deals with critically important issues that have significance both inside and outside the walls of our federal prison facilities,” Hogsett said. “Our concern continues to be the safety and security of both our federal prison system and the United States of America.”

A summary of polls about the ideological makeup of the Muslim-American community shows that the majority is moderate, but there is a formidable minority influenced by Islamist doctrine. A significant number are refusing to give answers or are still figuring out where they stand on issues like terrorism and Sharia Law.

The number one question is how many Muslim-Americans support terrorism. A 2011 Pew poll found very little support for Al-Qaeda, with only 2% viewing the terrorist group very favorably, 3% somewhat favorably and 11% somewhat unfavorably. About 70% view Al-Qaeda very unfavorably, an increase of 12% since 2007.

There are 2.6 million Muslim-Americans, a number that is expected to rise to 6.2 million by 2030. This means there are 130,000 Muslim-Americans who will admit that they view Al-Qaeda favorably and that assumes there are no supporters among the 14% who did not answer the question. Plus, the survey did not poll support for Hamas, Hezbollah, the Muslim Brotherhood and other groups.

Only 1% of Muslim-Americans say violence against civilians to defend Islam is “often” justified. About 7% say it is sometimes justified and 5% say it is rarely justified. Approximately 81% say attacks on civilians are never justified. Of course, the definition of “civilian” varies. Hamas supporters, for example, argue that there is no such thing as an Israeli civilian. The survey did not poll support for attacks on soldiers.

John Rossomando of ITP News reported that diplomatic cables they obtained and Egyptian opposition leader Michael Meunier statements to ITP News proved that, “The Obama administration chose to listen to voices suggesting that Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood was more moderate rather than those who warned it would resort to violence if it came to power.”

Egyptian opposition leader Michael Meunier told the Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT), “The Obama administration repeatedly ignored and downplayed advance warnings that the Muslim Brotherhood would resort to violence and undemocratic tactics if it came to power.” ITP posted several links of the Muslim Brotherhood, which Egypt’s President Mohamed Morsi has close ties to, un-democratic statements and Coptic Christians persecutions. Diplomatic cables that were transmitted to Washington are within the report.

Awad went on to give us his vision for America, saying, “Every day I live as an American-Muslim citizen I rediscover the firm bonds between the humane system that the U.S. created for its people and the values advocated by Islam. This marriage of Islam and the U.S. will be the best suited for humanity because Islamic values are divine values, conveyed by Allah… the U.S. is not perfect but is moving toward a more perfect union.”

How will that “perfect union” be accomplished, according to Awad? “The combination of my American nationality and the practice of my Islamic religion, creates a beautiful blend, “ he said. “ … This is a civilized blend, which proves Islam flourishes in an atmosphere of freedom, and spreads freedom, justice and equality.”

Awad is one of the founders and the executive director of CAIR, an organization that was named by the U.S. government as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terror-funding trial in U.S. history.

The recent marriage of a 90-year-old Saudi man to a 15-year-old girl has sparked condemnation from human rights and social media activists in the kingdom.

On Twitter especially, activists criticized the parents of the girl for giving her to a man decades older than her.

In an interview, the groom insisted that his marriage was “legal and correct,” and that he paid a $17,500 (SAR 65,000) dowry to marry the girl, who is the daughter of a Yemeni father and Saudi mother.

The 90-year-old told the story of his first night with the bride. He said she entered the bedroom before him, and she locked the door from inside so he could not enter. This, he said, made him “suspicious about some kind of conspiracy” by the girl and her mother.

He vowed to sue his in-laws to give him back the girl or return him the expensive dowry.

Close friends of the bride’s family said she was frightened on the wedding night, and locked herself in the room for two successive days before fleeing back to her parents’ home.

The member of the Saudi National Association for Human Rights (NSHR), Suhaila Zein al-Abedin, urged authorities to intervene “as soon as possible to save this child from tragedy.”

Abedin noted that marriage in Islam must be based on mutual consent, and this was not satisfied, as demonstrated by the girl’s move to lock herself in the room.

She said the girl’s parents were also to be held responsible for marrying their daughter to a man the age of her great grandfather.

Egypt’s Rose El-Youssef magazine, in [...]]]> Effectively affirming the concerns of five much-maligned Republican House members and the evidence presented in an investigative book, an Egyptian magazine claims six American Muslim leaders who work with the Obama administration are Muslim Brotherhood operatives who have significant influence on U.S. policy.

Egypt’s Rose El-Youssef magazine, in a Dec. 22 story, said the six men turned the White House “from a position hostile to Islamic groups and organizations in the world to the largest and most important supporter of the Muslim Brotherhood.”

The Egyptian article was translated and reported by the Investigative Project on Terrorism, or IPT.

IPT said that while the story is largely unsourced, it is significant because it raises the issue to Egyptian readers.

The article names Arif Alikhan, assistant secretary of Homeland Security for policy development; Mohammed Elibiary, a member of the Homeland Security Advisory Council; Rashad Hussain, the U.S. special envoy to the Organization of the Islamic Conference; Salam al-Marayati, co-founder of the Muslim Public Affairs Council, or MPAC); Imam Mohamed Magid, president of the Islamic Society of North America, or ISNA; and Eboo Patel, a member of President Obama’s Advisory Council on Faith-Based Neighborhood Partnerships.

Some misinformed observers and members of the Muslim Brotherhood liken concerns over sharia to prejudice and bigotry, but the facts say otherwise.

Terrorism experts in the law enforcement, military and intelligence communities have cited sharia as the Jihadists’ enemy threat doctrine in an intensive study called “Shariah: The Threat to America,” a scholarly, 352-page book based on authoritative sources of sharia, or Islamic law. While sharia does include “prayer and fasting” and “worship,” sharia is also an all-encompassing legal and political code that covers aspects of life that have nothing to do with religion.

Perhaps most importantly, unlike other forms of religious law, such as canon law and Jewish law, sharia is the only form of religious law extant that is also meant to apply to people of other faiths, i.e. non-Muslims.

The threat from sharia has nothing to do with prejudice or bigotry. The threat from sharia is real and multifaceted.

Some claim that sharia is no threat to the American legal system, but research shows such a threat does exist. Just as sharia has gradually become embedded in the legal systems of many European nations over the past generation, it is beginning to be found in US court cases. An initial study by the Center for Security Policy entitled “Shariah Law and American State Courts: An Assessment of State Appellate Court Cases,” examined 50 cases from 23 states that involved conflicts between sharia and American state law. The study’s findings suggest that sharia has entered into state court decisions, in conflict with the Constitution and state public policy.

This incursion of sharia into US court systems usually manifests itself in the form of foreign law from nations such as Pakistan, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Syria and other predominantly Islamic nations.  As a result, four states, Tennessee, Louisiana, Arizona and Kansas, have passed into law “American Laws for American Courts,” legislation. Several more states are considering American Laws for American Courts. Unlike Oklahoma’s infamous constitutional amendment, American Laws for American Courts does not ban sharia. American Laws for American Courts protects individual, fundamental constitutional rights by preventing courts from applying foreign law when the application of that foreign law in the case at hand would result in the violation of a fundamental constitutional right, such as freedom of speech, freedom of religion, due process and equal protection.

Our American Jihadi adversaries believe that Allah’s divinely ordained Islamic governance is best for all mankind and our man made laws, Constitution and Bill of Rights, are corrupted.

The Jihadi Muslim Brotherhood are winning the hearts and minds of the American people in a very patient and methodical stratagem of war they call the “Civilization-Jihadist Process” as outlined in “An Explanatory Memorandum, On the Strategic Goal For The Group in North America.”

4- Understanding the role of the Muslim Brother in North America:

The process of settlement is a “Civilization-JihadistProcess” with all the word means. The Ikhwan (Muslim Brotherhood) must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and “sabotaging” its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and Allah’s religion is made victorious over all other religions. Without this level of understanding, we are not up to this challenge and have not prepared ourselves for Jihad yet. It is a Muslim’s destiny to perform Jihad and work wherever he is and wherever he lands until the final hour comes, and there is no escape from that destiny except for those who chose to slack.

Allah’s Law 3 – U.S. Freedom O

The failed COIN or CounterInsurgency operations are known around military circles as the Petraeus Doctrine. The Petraeus Doctrine’s primary focus is winning the hearts and minds of our Islamist adversaries. Yes, I use the world adversaries because if the Islamists were not adversaries we wouldn’t have to win either their hearts or their minds.

America may have won the ground wars in Iraq and Afghanistan but never won the hearts and minds of the Iraqi and Afghani people. The result of those failures resulted in Nouri al-Maliki’s Iraq becoming a proxy state for Iran. In 2014-15, after U.S. forces leave the Afghanistan theatre, I predict, the Taliban will topple the Karzai government and instill Shariah Islamiyya or Islamic law across that nation.

President Obama was successful in his vision of removing the colonialist dictator Hosni Mubarak from his 30 year rule in Egypt. The Egyptian people voted in Mohamed Morsi of The Muslim Brotherhood whose stated goal is to destroy “western civilization from within.”

Recent Successes for Team Jihadi in America

4/24/12 – “The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff on Tuesday ordered the entire U.S. military to scour its training material to ensure it doesn’t contain anti-Islamic content. The order came after the Pentagon suspended a course for senior officers that was found to contain derogatory material about Islam.” (Wired Magazine).

June 2, 2009 – DHS designated the shooting at a military recruiting center in Arkansas by, Abdulhakim Muhammed as a “drive by shooting” not a terrorist attack on a military facility.

December 2011 – Lawmakers on Capitol Hill were mystified that the Fort Hood shooting was classified as “work place violence” by the Dept. Of Homeland Security(DHS).

The FBI training manual changed. Nearly 900 pages of training that was considered offensive to Islam were deleted. Rep. Gohmert discusses that the FBI training manual can no longer mention the terms: Islam, Muslim, jihad, enemy, Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, Hezbollah, al Qaeda, caliphate, Shariah law. (Source)

9/25/2012 – President Obama said at the UN, ““The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam…”

These are examples of American Jihadis winning the hearts and minds of our policy makers at the highest levels of law enforcement, military, and government. The Jihadis have a strong incentive to influence how the United States Government labels terrorists. The Jihadis know that if we (Americans) can not identify the enemy by name we will not be able to defeat them.

The result of these American Jihadi influence operations is that many of those most knowledgable on the Islamic Terrorist Threat Doctrine have been purged from our government.

The little known U.S. Muslim Engagement Project is the driving force that brought our Jihadi enemies inside the gate.

U.S.-Muslim Engagement Project

The main goal of this engagement project is to “elevate diplomacy as the primary tool for resolving key conflicts involving Muslim countries and Muslim groups in the United States.”

Inside the beltway policy heavyweights like Madeline Albright, Richard Armitage, and Dennis Ross have made this engagement project the de facto policy guideline for whomever the government deals with involving Islamist issues domestically.

The result of this ‘engagement project’ is that our government officials are desperately looking for established Muslim groups in the United States to partner with. The objectives of the, U.S. Government / Muslim group, partnerships is to shrink the base of Islamic extremism through conflict resolution and dialogue in the U.S. It was also reported recently in the news unicorns were found in North Korea.

The engagement policy objectives sound good on the surface until you find out the known American Jihadis like Ingrid Mattson (ISNA), Dalia Mogahed, and Ground Zero Mosque Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf are the wolves our government is consulting with on important foreign and domestic policy matters.

ISNA (Islamic Society of North America) is the number one listed Muslim Brotherhood affiliate operating in the United States. This is the same Muslim Brotherhood who wrote the Civilization-Jihadist Process whose self professed goal is to destroy Western civilization from within, by our own hands.

American Jihadis Huddle At Justice Department

On 10/21/2011 Neil Munro of the Daily Caller reported, “Top Justice Department officials convened a meeting Wednesday where invited Islamist advocates lobbied them for cutbacks in anti-terror funding, changes in agents’ training manuals, additional curbs on investigators and a legal declaration that U.S. citizens’ criticism of Islam constitutes racial discrimination.”

Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez was at the meeting huddling with American Jihadis. Absent were any dissenting voices like devout Muslim Dr. Zuhdi Jasser and experts in the Islamic Threat Doctrine, Frank Gaffney, Tom Trento, Clare Lopez, and Stephen Coughlin.

The American Jihadis have succeeded in getting cutbacks in anti-terror funding, purging of FBI training manuals, and targeting FBI trainers they deem offensive. It appears Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez was listening very closely to his American Jihadi allies and then doing their bidding.

The Next American Jihadi Military Objective

The one objective the American Jihadis have not successfully implemented is, any criticism of Islam is labeled racial discrimination and hate speech, requiring enforcement of Title VI anti-discrimination laws against anyone who “offends” followers of Shariah compliant political Islamic doctrine and theology.

If you value your freedom of speech pay close attention to what these American Jihadis want. If making public criticism of anything illegal, does not get you mad at the government, ISNA, CAIR, MPAC, etc…. your silence is what our adversaries are counting on.

The American Jihadi’s Have Been Busy

On September 25, 2012 Patrick Poole wrote an article titled, “57 Top U.S. Muslim Groups Demanded Government-Wide ‘Islamophobia purge’ in a Letter to the White House.”

Below are the American Jihadi’s 2009 demands to John Brennan, Assistant to the President for Homeland Security. As of December 2012 our American Jihadi adversaries have successfully gotten the demands below implemented by our Federal Law Enforcement Agencies at both the Federal and State levels.

1. 1. Purge all federal government training materials of biased materials.
2. 2. Mandatory re-training program for FBI agents, Army Officers, all Law Enforcement
3. 3. Anyone who promoted biased trainers should be disciplined.
4. 4. Ensure that bigoted trainers and biased materials…are not utilized in the future.

These are the actions of a coordinated Jihadi political/criminal enterprise whose objective is to weaken our governments ability to train this generations and the next generations law enforcement and military tasked with protecting our countries national security interests.

CAIR and ISNA are listed as co-conspirators in the Holy Land Foundation Trial which was the largest terrorist funding trial in U.S. history. Phase 2 of the trial was derailed by Eric Holder’s Department of Justice which is the same DOJ that attended the meeting with those same 57 Jihadi Organizations mentioned above.

In January of 2009 the FBI severed it’s ties with CAIR because of its associations with terrorist funding operations. Tactical Error by our Islamist Adversaries

The signatories on the above letter to John Brennan made a huge tactical error by identifying themselves as Political Subversive Groups operating inside the United States.

These American Jihadis are working to promote an Islamist political ideology that is inconsistent with the principles outlined in our Constitution and Bill of Rights.

If these Jihadis achieve their goal of making any speech that is deemed offensive to Political Islam a criminal offense, then our first amendment rights will be illegally taken away from us.

Some have argued that the far reaching goals of these Islamist attacks on our Constitutional rights of free speech is sedition.

A Republic If We Can Keep It

At the close of the Constitutional Convention in 1787 Benjamin Franklin was asked, “Well, Doctor, what have we got – a Republic or a Monarchy?” Franklin replied, “A Republic, if you can keep it.”

The Council On American Islamic Relations (CAIR) founder Omar Ahmad is no friend of the United States when he was quoted saying,

“Islam isn’t in America to be equal to any other faith, but to become dominant. The Qur’an should be the highest authority in America.” [San Ramon Valley Herald, July 4, 1998]

Nihad Awad the current head of CAIR has not publicly condemned the statements of Omar Ahmad. Yet Nihad Awad, whom the FBI severed ties with, is meeting with Nancy Pelosi.

Conclusion: Symbiotic Relationship

It is very important for American’s to understand the relationships between, Al-Qaeda, The Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, Hezbollah, CAIR, MPAC, ISNA, Taliban, Ansar al-Shariah, are symbiotic.

Each side benefits and is strengthened by their interlocking ideological relationships. Their ideologies and politics are similar and the only thing separating them are tactics.

The only side that does not benefit, is the United States of America as we fight to preserve our man made laws. The American JIhadi’s believe they are doing divinely inspired work by forcing us to accept that Allah’s Laws are meant for all mankind. If the Jihadis must resort to violence, they believe, it is our fault for forcing them to take hostile action.

The next prize our Islamist adversaries are working hard to achieve is making it a hate crime for anyone in America to talk negatively about Islam, Allah, or Muhammad. What the American Jihadis hate is when non-Muslims or infidels tell the truth about what is in Islamic doctrine and theology. At their core, the American Jihadis are insecure because their Shariah Islamiyya will not stand up to critical analysis.

Solution: Without A Single Shot Being Fired.

The State Department must declare The Muslim Brotherhood a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO).

Once FTO status is declared, the Treasury Department and FBI can shut down all The Muslim Brotherhood affiliate groups operating in America and seizing their financial and real estate assets.

As a result, billions of Dollars in asset forfeitures will be returned to the U.S. Treasury and the established American Jihadi operations in the United States will be pushed back 20 years — without a single shot being fired.

On November 17, 2012 the Ahlul-Bayt Islamic Society invited Sheikh Jaffer Ladak to speak on Islam and Anthropology.

During Shiekh Ladak’s presentation he compared Israelis to Neanderthals while the predominately Shia Muslim audience laughed. Ladak was well aware how offensive his comment was to Israelis and Jews because he followed his statement by articulated why he did not want his comments recorded.

There were more than 60 people in attendance and not one member of the UCF Ahlul-Bayt Society, or their advisors, displayed any outrage. There was only laughter from the audience.

This lecture, Islam and Anthropology, was the first open to the public event for the Ahlul-Bayt Society on the University of Central campus.

The Ahlul-Bayt Society, a UCF Student Organization, has the 1st Amendment right to say whatever hateful rhetoric fits their world view. However, they do not have the right to try and censor their speech while on campus property and utilizing tax payer funded facilities.

Free and open speech must be protected so everyone at UCF can articulate their views no matter how offensive those views must be. When that free speech comes responsibility and the Ahlul-Bayt Society must recognize that Sheikh Ladak offended a good majority of the students at UCF, and must be held accountable.

We conclude there are no academic, anthropological, or genetic evidence to back up Shiekh Ladak’s comment that Israelis are Neanderthals.

For this reason, we demand Shiekh Jaffer Ladak and the Ahlul-Bayt Society and their advisors publicly condemn Shiekh Ladak and the views he expressed while on University of Central Florida Property.

2009 – George Saieg was arrested for handing out Christian literature during the Arab International Festival. The Thomas More Law Center took his case and a court of law proved that his 1st Amendment rights were violated. That same year Christians David Wood, Nabeel Qureshi and their team were physically assaulted by the Arab International Fairs private security guards – no charges were filed.

2010 – David Wood, Dr. Nabeel Qureshi, Paul Rezkalla and Negeen Mayel were arrested for talking with Muslims at the Dearborn Arab International Festival and charged with Breach of the Peace. The trial found all four defendants innocent and their 1st Amendment rights were violated, resulting in a judgement of over $100,000.

In 2011, I was attacked for legally filming while 2000 angry Muslims were protesting Christian Street preachers. As documented in this video both my attackers were found guilty of assault and/or assault and battery.

In 2012, Christians were stoned on Friday at the Festival. The next day a Muslim man named Mohammed Agby tried to run over 9 Christians with his vehicle and was arrested.
The Dearborn Police Department acted admirably and should be commended.

These long train of abuses has earned Dearborn, MI the title of being the first No-Go Zone in the United States.

Our first clue came as early as 15 September 2012, when CNN reported that murdered State Department information management officer, Sean Smith, who was an avid online gamer, posted on a gaming site that he’d seen Libyan police taking photos of the Benghazi mission. An experienced career Foreign Service Officer, Smith knew that what he was looking at is called “pre-attack casing” or “Indicators and Warning.” His deep unease came through in the posting he left for his fellow gamers that fateful day, when he wrote “…assuming we don’t die tonight. We saw one of our ‘police’ that guard the compound taking pictures.”

Now, on 1 November 2012, the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) has posted a new report from the United Arab Emirate (UAE)’s Alaan TV, in which an intrepid young reporter shows viewers how she found pages of documents strewn about the U.S.’s Benghazi Tactical Operations Center (TOC) in the wake of the 11 September 2012 attack.

As the cameras follow her through the trashed interior of that building, one of several in the compound, it focuses in on two documents in particular that she found there (weeks after an FBI team supposedly went through the place). Both are dated September 11, 2012 and provide the observations of Sean Smith and others at the Benghazi base that morning.

One report was addressed to Mohamed Obedi, head of the Libyan Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ office in Benghazi and the other to the “Benghazi Police Chief.” According to the Alaan report, the letters complained about an incident which had occurred outside the Benghazi compound where Sean Smith and the Ambassador would be killed later that night.

Describing the incident as “troubling,” the report states that at 6:30 that morning, one of the Libyan guards (likely a member of the “February 17 Martyrs Brigade” that had been hired to protect the facility) reported that he’d seen someone he identified as a member of the local police force in the upper level of a building across from the American compound photographing the interior of the compound.

The Libyan guard further identified the police car present on the street and gave its identification number as “322.” The letters concluded with the expressed hope that the Libyan authorities would conduct an investigation into the incident, especially as the Americans had been requesting additional Libyan security assistance since September 9, in anticipation of Ambassador Stevens’ visit to Benghazi.

They’d asked for a round-the-clock police presence to cover the front and back of the Benghazi compound in addition to a mobile patrol and a bomb-sniffing dog. As of September 11, 2012, the letters stated, “We are saddened to report that we have only received an occasional police presence at our main gate. Many hours pass when we have no police support at all.” The predictable, even inevitable, consequences of that failure became tragically obvious just hours later that night.

There is no doubt but that the U.S. Department of State (DoS) would have received an official cable traffic from Sean Smith (probably signed off on by Ambassador Stevens) about the Libyan police surveillance activity as well as the Libyan failure to provide the security previously requested. Such traffic would have been marked with a high level of urgency.

But, just as with earlier requests from America’s diplomats in Libya, these concerns also were dismissed, and no additional U.S. security was provided — even with the knowledge that Christopher Stevens would be visiting Benghazi on the 11^th anniversary of the original 9/11 attacks and that Al-Qaeda terror camps had been sighted all over Benghazi.

Citing once again from the Foreign Policy account, when asked to explain DoS’s shocking refusal to heed its own diplomats’ deepening worries about their ability to survive another attack on the Benghazi compound, DoS deputy spokesman Mark Toner brushed off inquiries about the documents found at the Center, claiming that an independent assessment was still underway.

Libyan officials also tried to dodge responsibility for failing to respond to the American requests for more security, claiming alternatively that either they hadn’t received any such letter or that all security requested had been provided.

It is striking that this failure makes Libyan officials the third of three among the Libya-Turkey-U.S. tripartite alliance whose actions or failure to act almost predictably ensured that a terror attack on the American presence in Benghazi would face no meaningful obstacles. Appropriate attention to security by any one of the three—the U.S. DoS, the Libyan security services or the Turkish Consul General—might have sufficed to prevent or at least mitigate the circumstances of that fatal attack.

Despite repeated and explicit requests for more security that date back weeks before the September 11 attack, the DoS had refused to help them. As we now know, too, the Turkish Consul General to Benghazi, Ali Sait Akin, was in a position to warn Ambassador Stevens and his staff about the bearded jihadis in machine-gun-mounted pick-up trucks bearing the logo of the Ansar al-Shariah militia that had cordoned off the streets around the U.S. compound in the hour before the attack commenced.

Yet, there is no public reporting so far to indicate that he phoned any warning at all to his diplomatic colleague, Ambassador Stevens, after he passed, apparently untroubled, out through the jihadi’s blockade following a late-day meeting with Stevens at the compound.

The Libyans tried to dodge official responsibility for failing to protect a foreign diplomatic mission in their country; the Turks aren’t talking at all; and the U.S. DoS doesn’t want to discuss anything related to its systematic policy of refusing desperately needed and asked-for security to its Benghazi mission before or even during the Sept. 11 attack.

There’s something else the State Department apparently wants to make go away: Its 18-month-long alliance with the Muslim Brotherhood-dominated, Al-Qaeda-riddled ranks of the Syrian Free Army (SFA) and its political sponsor, the Syrian National Council (SNC).

Speaking in Zagreb, Croatia on October 31, 2012, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton announced that the SNC no longer would be considered the “visible leader” of the Syrian opposition. Although it is not clear what the Turks think about the U.S. move to jettison their favorite jihadis, the Arab League reportedly is sponsoring meetings during this entire week of November in Doha, Qatar to focus on a post-Assad government for Syria.

It is not known whether any SNC members will even attend. While the U.S. decision to work with a wider representation of the Syrian opposition comes at a juncture that can only be termed “better late than never,” lame statements about “efforts by extremists to hijack the Syrian revolution” do nothing to disguise the fact that it has been official U.S. policy deliberately and knowingly, to back precisely such “extremists” (actually Muslim Brotherhood and Al-Qaeda jihadis) in country after country of the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region since at least the 2011 beginning of the “Islamic Awakening.”

Does this surprise announcement signal the break-up of the tripartite alliance among Libya, Turkey and the U.S. to direct a pipeline of weapons support to the Syrian opposition? The attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi wouldn’t have anything to do with that, would it?

In October we briefly mentioned Reza Kahlili’s earlier report of a secret nuclear weapons lab built underneath an alleged medical research facility in Iran. In his latest expose in World Net Daily (WND), “Secret Iran Nuclear Plant Expanding”, We have both satellite imagery and interior photos confirming work on the site. These have been provided by sources in Iran who have clearances to enter nuclear weapons lab. Kahlili’s comment about possible achievement of nuclear triggers and detonators for warheads should raise concerns in both Washington and Jerusalem about “red lines” for Iran’s nuclear program.

Reference is made in this latest Kahlili report that the Islamic Republic may be on the verge of mounting nuclear warheads on liquid fueled Shahab-3 missiles and possibly on solid propellant Seijil-2 and BM-25 missiles. The former have a range of 2,000 kilometers, sufficient to reach targets in the Middle East especially Israel and southeastern Europe. The Sejil -2 has a range upwards of 2,600 kilometers and the BM-25, 3,500 kilometers covering virtually all of Europe. Israeli Missile Expert Uzi Landau indicated in 2011 interviews that Iran may have in excess of 300 Shahab-3 missiles.

The solid fuel missiles are typically placed in underground silos around Tabriz that require minimal time for launch. Whether mounted with nuclear or non-nuclear warheads Iran’s missile threat to Europe and the Middle East could be worse than the Nazi V-2 rocket campaign against Britain during WWII. Given production of Iranian missiles in Venezuela this raises a possible threat to the Western Hemisphere and the US analogous to the Cuban Missile Crisis of October 1962. – see our NER article, The Iranian Missile Threat.

Kahlili’s report on the secret nuclear laboratory discloses the following:
Work surrounding Iran’s latest secret nuclear site continues unabated, new satellite images from DigitalGlobe show.
The site – Velayat 1 – which is in the province of Isfahan on the outskirts of the small city of Najafabad, was built for research and development and has a capacity of 800 centrifuges for uranium enrichment. It already has successfully tested a neutron detonator and implosion system for a nuclear bomb.

According to the source for the exclusive WND report, research at the site includes design of a nuclear warhead for the Iranian Shahab-3 ballistic missile, which is now almost complete. The source added that there is also a nuclear reactor at the site along with a separation plant as another path to acquire a nuclear bomb.

To avoid suspicion, the site was built below a medicine factory called Abu Reyhan. The facility beneath the factory has three levels, with two underground entrances away from the facility. This is where the father of Iran’s nuclear program, Mohsen Fakhrizadeh-Mahabadi, assisted by 10 other scientists, is working on Iran’s nuclear bomb program, within the SEPAND project (known by the IAEA as SPND) and under the AMAD (weapons program) to build atomic warheads. The new images of the above-ground facility show that main buildings have been completed.

The confidential source for the Kahlili report on the secret facility notes:
According to a source who has been in the underground facility, military trucks covered with tarps for disguise have transferred equipment with “radiation warning” signs to the facility. An entrance on the side of the so-called medicine factory leads to the underground facility. Another entrance to the underground facility, according to the source, is far to the north of the “medicine factory.” Large equipment has been observed being transferred through the entrance, which is almost a third of the actual size of the factory itself.

Kahlili notes the assessment of the imagery from Peter Fry, executive director of the Task Force on National and Homeland Security:
These photos of the facility in Iran have all the earmarks of an elaborate attempt to conceal an underground complex of significant size and strategic purpose by hiding it under a legitimate factory, concealing the original excavations, and elaborate and costly landscaping to screen everything from public view.

Because an Iranian source of proven reliability claims this is a previously unknown nuclear facility, the allegation should be taken very seriously and regarded as credible. Iran has a long history of successfully concealing its nuclear weapons program and nuclear facilities. What we know about is probably only the tip of the iceberg. Iran’s nuclear weapons program may well be larger, more sophisticated and more advanced than is generally suspected.

Kahlili notes the Revolutionary Guard control of the secret facility and its purposes:
The site operates under the control of the Revolutionary Guards to expand research and development of nuclear, plutonium and atomic warheads. Its activities include:
•Enriching uranium to weapons grade.
•Testing a neutron detonator and implosion system (chemical explosive lens). As a result of research at this facility, a test was done at Iran’s Parchin military site several months ago. After the revelation of the high-explosives experiment activity, Iran started to clean up the site but continues to stonewall on the IAEA’s request to inspect the Parchin site.
•Designing and building a nuclear warhead to arm Iran’s Shahab-3 ballistic missile.
•Separating plutonium for a plutonium implosion-type fission bomb.

Iran’s heavy-water reactor near the city of Arak is nearing completion and is capable of providing spent fuel that, once processed, could produce plutonium for nuclear bombs. The separation of plutonium from fuel is an easy process requiring dual-use off-the-shelf equipment that Iran has already purchased.

The source indicated that Fakhrizadeh-Mahabadi’s atomic warhead project seeks to build three nuclear warheads in its initial phase. Tests of the implosion system and neutron generator, the source said, have been successful and the design of the nuclear warhead is nearly complete.

Reza Kahlili’s latest report indicates that the Iranian Islamic Republic is rushing forward with development of nuclear warheads at secret facilities beyond the monitoring of the IAEA. The Arak heavy water reactor should raise additional concern about Iran’s nuclear program having a two track means of developing nuclear devices via enriched uranium and plutonium via spent rods.

This report also should raise the concerns in both Washington and Jerusalem about addressing Iran’s growing missile threat both internally and externally.

We note Congressional concerns in H.R. 3783 (“Countering Iran in the Western Hemisphere Act”), about production of missiles and building of possible launching facilities in Venezuela.

Will GOOGLE Bow to Islam?

At a time when Muslims are throwing tantrums (Murderous at times) around the world, the Organization of Islamic Cooperative (OIC) is petitioning the U.N. to make any speech against Islam, the Prophet Muhammad, or any speech offensive to Muslim a Crime with punishments… we now see Muslims in England marching on GOOGLE demanding the censorship of Free Speech…. the question is WILL GOOGLE BOW TO ISLAM and its oppressive laws or will Western values and Freedom of Speech prevail?

Under all authoritative Islamic law which has Scholarly Consensus or IJMA worldwide; any speech which offends Islam, the Prophet Muhammad, or a Muslim is a crime. This is a serious matter when you consider that the 57 Islamic Nations which comprise the OIC are the largest voting block in the United Nations. The fact is 60% of Islams Holy scripture and Sunna which comprises Islamic Law dictates all relations with non-Muslims.

These are very important points to consider as you read this new demand by Muslim who have been afforded every opportunity to succeed and assimilate within the British national system…yet time and again demonstrated their disdain for this man-made form of legislation, but rather have demanded that their host nation SUBMIT to Sharia.

Muslims protest ‘age of mockery’ as thousands descend on Google HQ

A protest by 10,000 Muslims outside the offices of Google in London today is just the first in an orchestrated attempt to force the company to remove an anti-Islamic film from website YouTube in Britain.

Thousands had traveled from as far afield as Glasgow to take part in the demonstration, ahead of a planned million-strong march in Hyde Park in coming weeks.

Anger over ‘The Innocence of Muslims’, an American-produced film which insults the Prophet Mohammad and demeans Muslims, according to protesters, remains available to watch on the website YouTube, a subsidiary of Google.

Organizer Masoud Alam said: “Our next protest will be at the offices of Google and YouTube across the world. We are looking to ban this film.

“This is not freedom of expression, there is a limit for that. This insult of the Prophet will not be allowed.”

The group’s next action was a march Mr Alam hoped would be “a million strong” would take place in Hyde Park “in the next few weeks”, he said.

“Until it is banned we will keep protesting,” he added.

Today’s demonstration was the third organized in a month, and took place on the central London street where the website search giant has its UK headquarters. A demonstration outside the American Embassy in London last month drew little attention as protests in Libya, Tunisia and Yemen dominated headlines, including the storming of embassy in Benghazi, Libya, that led to the death of the US Ambassador to Libya, Christopher Stevens.

Barricades were erected in front of Google’s headquarters and a crowd bearing placards with the words “We love our prophet more than our lives” and “Prophet Muhammad is the founder of freedom of speech” had amassed by lunchtime.

Speeches by more than a dozen imams in a mixture of Arabic, Urdu, and English urged Muslims to honor the name of the Prophet and not to back down in the face of Google’s continuing reluctance to act, and were met with passionate cries of “God is Great” and “Mohammad is the Prophet of God” in Arabic.

One of the speakers, Sheikh Faiz Al-Aqtab Siddiqui, told The Daily Telegraph: “Terrorism is not just people who kill human bodies, but who kill human feelings as well. The makers of this film have terrorized 1.6 billion people.

“Organizations like Google are key players and have to take responsibility for civility. You can’t just say it doesn’t matter that it’s freedom of speech. It’s anarchy.”

Sheikh Siddiqui, a barrister from Nuneaton, said he wanted to form a coalition with the Church of England, Catholics, Jewish groups, Trade Unions and even Conservatives to encourage their ranks to join his “campaign for civility”.

“We want everyone in society to recognise these people are wrecking our fragile global society. We want the Church, the Synod, Jewish groups and establishment figures involved,” he said.

As many as 800 imams in mosques across Britain helped to organize today’s protest, which lasted four hours and blocked roads almost up to the Queen’s doorstep on Buckingham Palace Road.

Muslims from Blackburn, Birmingham, Glasgow, Luton, Manchester and Peterborough were in attendance. When asked where where the women attending the protest were, one protester replied: “Right at the back”.

Self-employed businessman Ahmed Nasar said he was worried the video could lead to violence in Britain in the same way as it had abroad. “If you push people too far,” he said, “You will turn the peaceful elements into violence.”

A YouTube spokesperson said: “We work hard to create a community everyone can enjoy and which also enables people to express different opinions.

“This can be a challenge because what’s OK in one country can be offensive elsewhere. This video – which is widely available on the Web – is clearly within our guidelines and so will stay on YouTube.”

Thirty-three soldiers have been killed by “green on blue” attacks this year alone. The situation is so bad that the training of Afghan forces has been temporarily suspended. How has the Pentagon responded? By blaming our troops.”

Sperry states, “Top officials believe culturally offensive behavior is the motivation behind the killings, so it’s stepped up Islamic sensitivity training for our troops. If you don’t want to be shot in the back by your Afghan training partners, the Pentagon advises, don’t offend their religious sensibilities.”

Sperry reports one intelligence official as saying, “They’re killing us because we’re ‘infidels’ occupying Islamic lands. It’s what the Koran and every imam over there is telling them, and no amount of cultural sensitivity is going to stop that or change the fact that we’re ‘infidels.’”

“It is necessary to accept the fact that it is an obligation for every Muslim to rush to help each other and it is also very necessary to agree that the houses of Muslims are just one house. The enemies (the disbelieving nations) have imposed boundaries and divided the lands of Muslims to tiny nations however we do not believe in them and the boundaries of Sax Bacon do not restrict us. We, the Muslims are one nation and the lands of Islam are one land, we fight for the sake of ‘there is no god but Allah’.”

Sensitivity training does not address this threat doctrine. If anything it helps its implementation by holding our soldiers back from taking those actions necessary to defend themselves and their fellow soldiers from the enemy.

The man who promised that relations with Arab countries would improve if he was elected president back in 2008 has proven that promise to be yet another disaster on his watch.

With less than a month to go until the election, Barack HUSSEIN Obama is now laying out a desperate campaign strategy of painting Mitt Romney as a liar while Mitt Romney is staying focused on the important issues of the economy and foreign affairs, as he lets Obama be his own worst enemy.

Seizing the political momentum gained from his knockout of Obama at last week’s debate, Mitt Romney’s foreign policy speech yesterday was a focused and targeted assessment of the Obama initiated policies in the Middle East, especially of his failed Arab Spring which has set the region on fire.

Stressing the fact that the recent attacks are evidence that al-Qaeda remains strong, all while looking and sounding like another Ronald Reagan, Mitt Romney raised important questions about how this administration handled, or should I say mishandled, foreign policy, especially in light of last month’s attack in Benghazi that resulted in the murders of Ambassador Christopher Stevens, his Information Officer, and two ex-Navy SEALS.

“The attacks on America last month should not be seen as random acts,” Romney said. “They are expressions of a larger struggle that is playing out across the broader Middle East, a region that is now in the midst of the most profound upheaval in a century.”

How right he is as country after country is falling into the hands of the Muslim Brotherhood, al-Qaeda, and a resurgent Taliban.

Not good…NOT good at all.

“I know the president hopes for a safer, freer and a more prosperous Middle East allied with the United States,” Romney said. “I share this hope. But hope is not a strategy.”

No it is not…never has been, never will be, for under the policies of Barack HUSSEIN Obama hope is nothing but an empty four-letter word.

“This president’s poor excuse of a strategy for the Middle East has been one of passivity and indifference,” Romney said, stating that he would be aggressive and dominant, including placing even tougher sanctions and more on Iran, and allowing for “no flexibility with Vladimir Putin” over missile defense.

As it should be for you NEVER stand down to your enemies nor give them flexibility in any matters of our national defense.

Romney promised his administration would garner “peace through strength” and that he would NEVER ‘lead from behind’ saying, “It is the responsibility of our president to use America’s great power to shape history, not to lead from behind, leaving our destiny at the mercy of events. Unfortunately, that is exactly where we find ourselves in the Middle East under President Obama.”

How right he is for leading from behind is NOT leading at all. In fact, ‘leading from behind’ is an open invitation for the enemy to come get you, because instead of fighting the message has been sent that you will back down.

So has been the case with Barack HUSSEIN Obama.

And as the response to Romney’s speech from ‘Team Obama’ starts coming in, all negative of course and saying that Romney’s speech lacked substance and nuance, foreign policy analyst Michael O’Hanlon of the Brookings Institution, praised Romney for ‘raising the profile of foreign policy issues’ and for creating a counterbalance to those wanting us to pull back from around the world.

“I like the tone of patience and engagement even if I may disagree on certain specific substantive matters,” O’Hanlon said on Fox News after Romney’s speech. “What Governor Romney has done is make it easier to debate on both sides in terms of what are the next steps we need to take as Americans.”

This is exactly how Ronald Reagan won against Jimmy Carter…debating on substantive matters and standing strong for America by NEVER backing down or apologizing for American ideals and values, nor disparaging American exceptionslism.

So with this amazing Reagan-like foreign policy speech behind him, and with his unquestionable win of debate one, very presidential looking and sounding Mitt Romney is poised to be the next leader of the free world as he steamrolls over the Obama political machine. A reinvigorated and energized Romney campaign has given ‘We the People’ true hope that our beloved America can and will be saved from the man who sides with America’s enemies…the man out to fundamentally change her into something unrecognizable to us…the man named Barack HUSSEIN Obama.

“The 21st century must be an American century” said Mitt Romney and I can’t wait to pull the lever for him on November 6^th to help make that happen.

The Islamic Threat Doctrine and 9/11/2012

A dark feeling of betrayal and stunned disbelief washed over me as I read today’s newspaper headline, “Jordanians press for democratic reforms” in the October 6, 2012 Orlando Sentinel.

The Myth of Islamic Democratic Reforms

The mainstream media, U.S. State Department, and President Obama fed us a steady stream of news in 2011 that Egyptian youth were protesting in the streets for an Arab Spring of democratic reforms in Egypt. Fast forward to 2012 and we learned The Muslim Brotherhood orchestrated the propaganda of democracy in Egypt to get support from the Obama Administration in the ousting of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak.

While the press was printing gallons of ink reporting the Muslim Brotherhood would pursue democratic reforms in Egypt, Mohammad Morsi was consolidating his political base with the Salafi Islamist fundamentalist, whose objective was to institute a Sunni led Shariah compliant Islamic State in Egypt by overthrowing the colonialist dictator and friend of the United States, Hosni Mubarak.

The Utopian mantra from the liberal left of democratic reforms blooming in Egypt on a warm and sunny Arab Spring day were proven wrong. Now these same journalists and politicians are falling for the same lie again out of Jordan.

When will our mainstream press learn that Shariah compliant political Islam and our Jeffersonian democracy are not compatible? Understanding the PLO’s failed coup of Jordan in the 1970’s will help you to see what Jordan can expect from the Muslim Brotherhood in 2012-2013.

Black September in Jordan

In September of 1970, the Nobel Peace Prize recipient Yasser Arafat, nephew of Nazi collaborator Grand Mufti Haj Amin al-Husseini, tried unsuccessfully to violently overthrow the Kingdom of Jordan from King Hussein.

Arafat’s PLO organization lost over 2,000 Muslim men in the attempted Black September coup of their Jordanian Muslim brothers and were violently expelled from their native Jordan.

History seems to be repeating itself again, except now The Muslim Brotherhood is making a play to wrestle control of Jordan from the colonialist dictator and friend of the United States, King Abdullah II.

Understanding the Islamic Threat Doctrine is essential in predicting events as they unfold on the ground and anticipating what to expect will happen in the future. The Muslim Brotherhood in the Middle East and Northern Africa are “expelling the enemy” and establishing an Islamic State as they did in Egypt. Al-Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood consider the Muslim colonialist dictators as enemies of Shariah compliant political Islam.

The Islamic Threat Doctrine Mr. Zarqawi articulated above is being implemented in coordinated steps to achieve their short term objective of unifying, “Muslims to rush to help each other…and Muslims are of one house.” The coordinated attacks on 9/11/12 on U.S. interests in the Middle East and Northern Africa was the real warning to America, not the red herring of an Internet movie.

When the Islamist enemies of the United States tell you exactly what they want to do and why – believe them. When the soldiers of Allah conducted 20+ coordinated attacks on U.S. interests in the Middle East and Northern Africa on 9/11/2012, they were telegraphing they can recreate these coordinated attacks at any time of their choosing — in law enforcement circles they call that a clue, as John Guandolo likes to say.

What Our Islamist Enemies Fear Most

The one thing our Islamist adversaries fear most is an American public that understands the basics of The Islamic Threat Doctrine. Thomas Jefferson read the Qur’an to fight and defeat the Muslim Barbary Pirates in Tripoli back in 1801. Now you must learn The Islamic Threat Doctrine to understand the Islamists who attacked our embassy in Tripoli on 9/11/2012.

Conclusion

The future of America rests on how many Americans learn The Islamic Threat Doctrine as articulated by Mr. Zarqawi. Then you must teach your friends, family, and community what Mr. Zarqawi and his Islamist ideological brothers consider their definition of Victory.

We, the Muslims are one nation and the lands of Islam are one land, we fight for the sake of “there is no god but Allah”.

What we believe as Americans and our man made laws is of small concern to our Islamist enemies. 9/11 Is Not Over

Our Libyan Ambassador, two retired Navy SEALS, and a computer expert were brutally murdered by Islamist rioters at the U.S. Libyan Consulate. The Libyan attack and scores of others at American embassies on 9/11/2012 were coordinated and carried out by Islamist terrorists and enabled by those countries leadership hosting our U.S. embassies. The Islamic terrorists objectives were to send America a signal that 9/11 is not over.

Hillary Clinton Blames a Movie Not The Terrorists

Politics On The Ground

President Obama’s Middle East foreign policy objective was to throw out the brutal Western colonial dictators like Mubarak, Qadaffi, Assad, etc. and replace them with…we don’t know just yet except for Egypt.

The Egyptian people ousted Hosni Mubarak for Mohammad Morsi and The Muslim Brotherhood. Mohammad Morsi allowed for our embassy to be overrun by The Muslim Brotherhood (MB) supported terrorists. Morsi allowed for the American Flag flying over our embassy to be torn down, desecrated, and burned. Mohammad Morsi allowed his MB terrorists and friends to hoist the Black Flag of Jihad over our Egyptian embassy.

In normal times these coordinated violent military operations against our embassies in Egypt and Libya, would be considered an act of war against the United States of America. However, President Obama will not declare war on the Islamist regimes he backed – that would be a sign of failure and could cost him his reelection. President Obama’s new Islamist allies in the Middle East and North Africa needed him to help get them in power. Now that these Middle Eastern Islamists are in power they have limited use for the infidel United States of America and President Obama.

Whose To Blame?

The full responsibility for the protection of our foreign embassies falls, by law, on Secretary of State Hillary Clinton directly and her boss President Obama.

USLegal.com explains, “Generally, embassies are considered as an extension of the home country’s territory…The embassy premises and the staff are protected under the concept of diplomatic immunity by the host country.”

Any attack on a United States Embassy or Consulate is considered a direct attack on the United States of America, and considered an act of war. Those foreign countries who allow our Embassies and Consulates in their countries agree to provide security to those said embassies and consulates. Foreign diplomacy has operated under these rules since the first American embassy was established in Tangier in 1777.

22 USC § 4865 – Security requirement for United States diplomatic facilities falls squarely on the shoulders of Hillary Clinton, Secretary of State. Section (a)(1)(B) states,

(B) Security Environment Threat List

The Security Environment Threat List shall contain a section that addresses potential acts of international terrorism against United States diplomatic facilities based on threat identification criteria that emphasize the threat of transnational terrorism and include the local security environment, host government support, and other relevant factors such as cultural realities. Such plan shall be reviewed and updated every six months.

United State Code, 22 USC 4865 says Hillary Clinton’s authority under section (a)(1)(B) is not delegable. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is ultimately responsible for the security environment at the Benghazi U.S. Consulate that resulted in the deaths of four Americans.

Secretary of State Clinton owes our country an explanation why the American Consulate in Benghazi Libya had NO marine guard, bulletproof glass, reinforced doors, safe rooms, and why many intelligence estimates went unheeded foreshadowing the possibility of protests or riots at the Benghazi facility on 9/11/2012.

On 9/13/12 CNN Secretary of State Clinton made some disturbing statements to Moroccan officials in Washington illustrating a profound lack of knowledge of our Islamist enemies who perpetrated these attacks. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said,

“To us, to me personally, this video is disgusting and reprehensible. It appears to have a deeply cynical purpose to denigrate a great religion and provoke rage. But as we said yesterday, there is no justification — none at all — for responding to this video with violence.” Hillary Clinton

The video was first released over 3 months ago and nobody went Jihad. So why did it resurface on 9/11/12? In order to have a successful attack one must agitate the Muslim masses. The Imams and terrorist groups all over the Middle East started talking up this American made movie ridiculing Islam’s Prophet Muhammad, in violation of Shariah blasphemy laws.

Most every Middle Eastern Muslim is aware of Islamic blasphemy laws. If a Muslim or non-Muslim accidentally or with intent insults Islam or Muhammad, he or she could be killed under Shariah Islamiyya laws.

9/11/2012 A Coordinated Attack

The coordinated attacks of U.S. embassies on 9/11/12 was successful and the agitated angry followers of Islam took to the streets in 20+ Islamic countries causing mischief, death and mayhem.

US Embassy – Khartoum, Sudan

Walid Shoebat uncovered in the Egyptian Arabic website Salafi Nour Party an al-Qaeda sympathizer group was linked to the riots. Mr. Shoebat concludes, “With video of Egyptians removing the American flag while carrying the black al-Qaeda flags reminding Americans “we are all al-Qaeda” and on 9/11 inside the Embassy compound is a clear message to remind Americans that 9/11 is not over.”

As the black flag of Al-Qaeda flies over the U.S. embassies in Egypt and Tunisia President Obama’s Islamic friends are desecrating our American flag. The black flag of Jihad sitting on top of our Egyptian and Tunisian embassies translates from Arabic to English, “There is no God but Allah and Muhammad is his messenger” signifying an Islamic conquest over the infidel or non believer.

Mohammad Morsi, The Muslim Brotherhood leader of Egypt, graduate of the University of Southern California, has not apologized to the United States for not protecting our embassy. The Muslim Brotherhood, Ansar Al-Shariah and Al-Qaeda have not apologized for killing or aiding and abetting in the killing of four Americans at the Libyan Consulate.

Middle East Cards Come Tumbling Down

President Obama’s Middle East foreign policy has now officially failed. If President Obama should do the bare minimum of withholding U.S. aid to those Islamists he helped install in Egypt, Libya, Yemen, Tunisia, etc… his house of Middle East cards will come tumbling down.

The Ummah Wahida or “One Community” referring to an Islamic world community as written in the Qur’an went out for a successful coordinated test drive on 9/11/2012. Our Islamist adversaries learned they can now coordinate events in the Middle East and North Africa without a Mubarak or Gaddafi brutally killing them and their families or sending them off to prison.

Islamic doctrine teaches their Qur’an is the direct word of Allah and not corrupted by man like the Bible and Torah. The Qur’an is the perfect guide for all mankind regardless if you want it or not.

The practical application of this Qur’an is Islamic law or Shariah Islamiyya in Arabic. The followers of Islam believe every word and letter in the Qur’an is directly from Allah and can’t be changed because the doors of Ijtihad were closed over a thousand years ago.

Many Muslims would like to open the doors of Ijthad and reform some of the more violent aspects of Shariah Compliant Political Islam but threats of violence and death from their own Muslim brothers and sisters force them into silence and ostracism.

This is the scorpion like “nature” of Shariah compliant Political Islam — at least until brave devout Muslims like Dr. Zuhdi Jasser and Tawfik Hamid can convince Muslims around the world to open the Doors of Ijtihad / Innovation and usher in a new age.

President Barack Hussein Obama has opened up a Pandora’s box of trouble by accelerating the eventual destabilization of the Middle East and Northern Africa. President Obama has put Israel, our greatest ally in the Middle East, in a very dangerous position while publicly offering no help to the beleaguered nation. What The Muslim Brotherhood and Al-Qaeda Learned on 9/12/12

Al-Qaeda and Muslim Brotherhood operatives learned this week they can coordinate operations against American interests in over 20 Muslim countries at any time of their choosing.

They learned the Obama Administration’s response to Islamist domination of our embassies was pathetically weak giving them the green light to escalate operations against the United States of America and her western allies.

Dearborn, MI Police Allow Muslim’s to Stone Christians at 2012 Arab Festival

Wayne County Deputy Chief Mike Jaafar summed up his situational awareness of the 2012 Dearborn Arab Festival in the Dearborn Patch by stating, “No official arrests were made, and Jaafar said his team was pleased with the overall outcome.”

Unfortunately for Deputy Chief Jaafar, this video exposes what really happened on 6:10 PM at the Dearborn Arab Festival. This reporter can assure you, Deputy Chief Jaafar, there will be an entire country outraged by the overall outcome of your willful and possibly criminal conduct exposed in Mr. Ruben Israel’s video.

Wayne County Sheriff Department (WCSD) Deputy Chief Jaafar, in the video, appears to be part of the top leadership controlling ground operations at the festival along with Ms. Ursula K. Henry, Director of Legal Affairs for the WCSD.  Deputy Chief Jaafar is shown in the video consulting Ms. Henry on what to do with Mr. Ruben Israel.  That is until Chief Jaafar lost his professionalism,  got in Mr. Israel’s face and unloaded an emotional rhetorical barrage for the whole world to see.

It would take a psychiatrist to tell explain why Deputy Chief Jaafar snapped, but this is what led up to Jaafar’s emotional outburst.  Chief Richardson said to Mr. Israel, “…your going to leave now”, Mr. Israel responded, “…we’re not going to do that.”

Deputy Chief Jaafar immediately got into the camera frame and said, “It’s not your call, we’ve been very gentle and very very respectful to you and you are jeopardizing public safety.  And you need to understand it’s gone overboard.  We don’t have the coverage to protect you and if we have two officers who can protect you it would work great but it’s impossible to do so.  Your attracting a crowd and your affecting public safety, you need to understand that.”  Chief Jaafar then told Chief Richardson to take over from here and left the scene rudely without listening to Mr. Israel’s response.

Deputy Chief Jaafar articulated the solution to the problem by saying that if he had two officers assigned to Mr. Israel’s group everything “would work great”.  This reporter believes Chief Jaafar because he has special training in Executive Protection according to his bio.   It is beyond belief that Chief Jaafar could not or would not, pull two officers out of all those officers standing around to protect Mr. Israel’s right of free speech without fear of bodily harm.  This reporter believes there was criminal negligence on the part of Deputy Chief Jaafar and the WCSD because Mr. Israel and his friends were the victims of Assault and Battery, injuries were sustained, and Chief Jaafar did not intervene to protect the victims of a possible 3rd Degree Felony happening under his and Ms. Henry’s supervision.  The WCSD has a duty to serve and protect.

Let’s see how the law defines Battery:

A battery is the willful or intentional touching of a person against that person’s will by another person, or by an object or substance put in motion by that other person. Such an offensive touching can constitute a battery even though it does not cause physical injury, and could not reasonably be expected to cause injury. A defendant who emphatically pokes the plaintiff in the chest with his index finger to emphasize a point may be culpable for battery (although the damages award that results may well be small or nominal). Similarly, a defendant who spits on a plaintiff has committed a battery, even where the only injury is to the plaintiff’s dignity.

The video clearly shows multiple counts of assault, battery, and aggravated battery were inflicted upon Mr. Israel and his friends by the crowd shouting Allahu Akbar.

Let’s see how the law defines Assault:

While references to “assault and battery” make it seem like the two acts are inseparable, within the context of personal injury law they are usually considered separate acts. An “assault” is an act which creates fear of an imminent battery. A “battery” is an unlawful, offensive touching.

Both assault and battery are intentional torts, meaning that the defendant actually intends cause harm to the plaintiff, be that the fear inspired by the assault or the offensive contact resulting from the battery. For a battery, there is no requirement that the victim suffer a physical injury. A battery may be indirect, caused by contact through a thrown stone, or spitting, and need not cause any harm beyond the contact itself in order to be actionable.

Based on the wounds inflicted on Mr. Israel’s forehead a case could be made for Aggravated Battery which is a Class 3 Felony.  Otherwise according to Section 750.81 of the Michigan Penal Code simple battery is a misdemeanor punishable by no more than 93 days in jail or a $500 fine or both.

The result of the Wayne County Sheriff’s office failure to protect Mr. Israel and his friends safety exposes a deep and systemic problem inside the WCSD.  The WCSD leaving Mr. Israel unprotected knowing violence would happen is criminal.

The bottom line is Mr. Ruben Israel and his friends were viciously attacked by an angry mob and the WCSD watched it happen.  It is not the issue if you like or dislike Mr. Israel’s speech.  Our Constitution protects free speech and our taxpayer funded law enforcement agencies are sworn to uphold the right of free speech for everyone equally.  Mr. Israel caught everything on film from the minute they arrived until the minute they left and very soon I imagine the WCSD, Arab American Chamber of Commerce, and the Mayor of Dearborn will have to answer for their actions.

The basics of Executive Protection skills Deputy Chief Jaafar possess and with the number of uniforms on the ground,  Mr. Ruben Israel’s group of street preachers at the 2012 Dearborn Arab International Festival should have been protected by law enforcement when they were under attack.  This reporter will go further to say Deputy Chief Jaafar was negligent in his duties and allowed scores of Class 3 Felonies to occur under his direction and oversight.

In the video, Mr. Israel told Deputy Chief of Operations Dennis Richardson  his attorney had sent a letter of their intentions to the WCSD and received no reply.  Deputy Chief Richardson acknowledged Mr. Israel’s letter and that Mr. Israel and his group would be at the festival just as they were the previous year.

The Arab American Chamber of Commerce is one of the main sponsors of the event and is responsible for the cost of providing adequate security, comfort stations,  and all the other details in putting on a citywide fair costing hundreds of thousands of dollars.  In past events the City of Dearborn partnered with the Arab American Chamber in managing the Arab Festival.

The City of Dearborn / Arab Chamber of Commerce partnership resulted in the City of Dearborn loosing a 2010 freedom of speech lawsuit filed by George Saieg a Christian street preacher.  This bigoted, hateful, and intolerance towards Christians shown by Dearborn Mayor John O’Reilly cost his city $100,000.  The following year David Wood and his team were falsely arrested for breach of the peace.  The Thomas More Law Center took David Wood’s case and won.

Dearborn, MI is a small town of around 100,000 people.  People are asking, why is all this animosity and hate towards Christians manifesting itself in Dearborn.  The answer may be in the fact Dearborn is 46% Muslim.  Dearborn has the largest Muslim population of any city in America.  It is up to the reader come to their own conclusions.

The multiple violent attacks on Mr. Ruben Israel and his friends was the most violent to date at the Arab Festival.  The fact the violence by the predominately Muslim crowd against Christians was allowed to continue freely under the watchful eye of the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department is criminal.  The WCSD, through their inaction in protecting Mr. Israel’s freedom of speech has sent a disturbing crystal clear message to the citizens of Dearborn that rioting and battery will be condoned by those entrusted to enforce the law.  The message is that Dearborn Law enforcement will turn the other way when violence is  inflicted on non-Muslims and that freedom of speech will be silenced in the no-go zone of Dearborn, MI.

On April 18, 2012 President Obama came to Dearborn and warmly introduced his friends Mayor John B. O’Reilly and Wayne County Sheriff Chief Benny Napoleon as providing the “change you can believe in.”  Rarely seen in public the President referred to himself as President Barack “Hussein” Obama while emphasizing his middle name.  Both the Mayor and Chief Napoleon the last two years have been knee deep in expensive and divisive free speech lawsuits pitting Muslims against Christians. Was the President sending a signal the escalating friction between Muslim and Non-Muslim in Dearborn is the change we can all believe in?

In the 1940 and 1950’s it was not uncommon to hear stories of small white controlled rural towns, about the size of Dearborn, allowing crimes against blacks and Jews to go unpunished and in some cases covered up.  The Civil Rights movement righted those societal wrongs and those type of bigoted stories are a thing of the past.

Fast forward to 2012 In the City of Dearborn, MI,  replace the blacks with Christians and the same bigotry and hatred of the 1950’s was on display at the 2012 Dearborn Arab American Festival by Deputy Chief Mike Jaafar who was “pleased with the overall outcome.

The Wayne County Sherrifs Department had their legal affairs Director Ms. Henry making decisions on the ground during the violent riots.  The fact she was there at the same time Ruben Israel and his friends were there makes me very curious about what was in the letter Mr. Israel’s attorney sent to the WCSD.

Deputy Chief Mike Jaafar admitted on video tape that if he had two officers available to shadow Mr. Israel and his friends “everything would be OK” and he chose not to do it shows willful misconduct.

The State of Michigan needs to conduct a serious outside investigation into this violent attack and remove those individuals found responsible.

Imam Al-Qazwini needs to use his position as leader of the Dearborn Muslim community and get actively involved with the festival demanding peace and tolerance from his followers. Imam Al-Qazwini must teach peace and tolerance towards Christian street preachers no matter how provocative they may be.

Article VI of the U.S. Constitution states  United States law shall be the supreme law of the land not Shariah compliant blasphemy laws.  All eyes will be on the City of Dearborn between now and next years Dearborn Arab American International Festival.  And this reporter would not be surprised if a lawsuit or two are in the City of Dearborn’s Future.

At 8:40 PM Saturday night June 9, 2012, the Council on American Islamic Relations Tampa Director Hassan Shibly, Esq., presented a “Know Your Rights Civil Liberties Conference” at the Masjid Al-Bir in Kissimmee, FL.

The Masjid Al-Bir is a two year old pale green 15,000 square foot Mosque facility located in a remote rural part of Kissimmee, FL off Old Tampa Highway. As we approached the entrance of the Mosque the women were instructed to enter through the
womenʼs only entrance leading them into a small area enclosed by a 6 foot solid white vinyl outdoor fence one could not see in or out of. We did not see or hear from the women until we met again in the poorly lit outside parking lot after the event was over. CAIR and the Masjid Al-Bir had no sensitivity towards the non-Muslim women who were not allowed out of the enclosure even after the Maghreb (evening) prayers were concluded.

Upon entering the Mosque my video camera and press credentials were clearly visible when Jamal Hassouneh, Masjid Al-Bir Board Member, approached me and said he will need to speak with the speaker (Hassan Shibly) to see if video would be allowed. A few minutes later Mr. Hassouneh returned and said, “you can stay but no cameras no recording…because this is basically for the community and that is our policy…you are welcome to listen, there is nothing secret about it but we will not allow cameras or recording.” It is unusual for a publicly advertised community event to be so secretive, but that is Mr. Shiblyʼs prerogative and we graciously complied. Mr. Shibly described his lecture as a “community event” and a “community empowerment session” in his opening remarks, and that couldnʼt have been farther from the truth. Community Event means Muslim Community Only.

Mr. Hassouneh had used the words community event several times so it caught my attention and only later we would learn that the “community” meant the Muslim community as a separate group within the larger Central Florida community. In an email exchange with this reporter, Mr. Shibly articulates the separatist nature of what was mischaracterized as a Civil Liberties Conference when he wrote, “ Anyway this was not a meeting for the public, it was an education seminar for the Muslim community conducted in a Muslim place of worship. It was advertised only to the Muslim community one of two ways. 1. Fliers were put in the Mosque so the attendees of the Mosque to could attend. 2. An email was sent via constant contact ONLY to the email list of Muslims in Florida. The general mailing list, or the mailing list of media was NOT included. I think you found out about it because you or someone you know has signed up on our Muslim community email list. Otherwise you would not have even received notice of the event. Anyway that was fine with us. But again this was not a public forum or event, it was a private event for the Muslim community on private property.”

Mr. Shibly, nowhere on your flyer does it say “Muslims Only”. Then again you couldnʼt really say publicly your civil liberties lectures discriminate against all non-Muslims, could you? The United West demands that Hassan Shibly attend a personal sensitivity training class to help him understand how his intolerant rhetoric violates the civil rights of all those who do not follow Islamic doctrine and theology. It is the height of insensitivity to say on behalf of CAIR Tampa that your Civil Liberties event was for the Muslim Community only and out of the goodness of your heart you allowed us lowly non-Muslim dhimmis to attend. Mr. Shiblyʼs lecture next went into the disclaimers when he said, “no recording of this session is allowed whether itʼs audio, visual, or otherwise and the reason for that is very simple. Anyone that is recording will be trespassing on the property
illegally and we will pursue that.”

Free Speech Is What I Tell You It Is
Immediately one of the Mosque members got concerned and asked if he could take
notes. Mr. Shibly said, “Notes for personal purposes exclusively are allowed, other than that they are not allowed. So for personal education purposes, so you understand. Anyone writing for the purposes of defaming the Muslim community or writing about the Muslim community or like, that would be considered trespassing, thank you.”

Mr. Shibly your proclamation that a person can not defame or write about the Muslim Community is patently offensive especially at a self described “civil liberties conference.” Mr. Shibly is trying to limit this reporters 1st Amendment right to comment on anything that may be “defaming” the Muslim community. That is not only absurd it could not be under any circumstances a “trespass” under applicable statutes and case law, see Winselmann v. Reynolds. There is additional case law backing up this reporters’ claim however, this articles purpose is not to go into the weeds on legal theory but to show one or two examples exposing where Mr. Shiblyʼs threats and legal knowledge are intended as nothing more than adult bullying tactics.

The Legal Showdown
Simply put, Hassan Shibly, Esq. cannot dictate and purposefully try intimidating how this reporter or anyone else writes or speaks about what was observed at the Masjid Al-Bir CAIR Civil Liberties Conference. According to Fl. Statute 934.02(2), Stvenson v. State, any criminal of civil “trespass” claims would be frivolous. Mr. Shibly is an American civil rights lawyer using our laws as a billy club to deny this reporter his first amendment rights. It may not seem like much on the surface but Mr. Shiblyʼs quote from above, “… Anyone writing for the purposes of defaming the Muslim community or writing about the Muslim community or like, that would be considered trespassing, thank you” follows one of the most important tenets of Shariah compliant Political Islam.

Mr. Shibly is right that defaming the followers of Islam, Islam as a political ideology, or the Muslim community (ummah) is a punishable offense called blasphemy. When one defames the Muslim community they are committing blasphemy against Allah and his messenger and it is considered a heinous act to the followers of Islamic political doctrine and theology.

Abu Hanifa and Muhammad explain Free Speech, Shariah Style

One of the most renowned and eminent scholars of Islam Imam Abu Hanifa said, “ “Muslim speaking against the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) should be executed and if it is a non-Muslim who doesnʼt have a contract he should also be executed.” To fully understand the importance of defaming the “Muslim community” to a follower of Islam one must go back to the life of Muhammad for proper guidance.

“From “The Life of Muhammad” source document. “The poets of old Arabia were equivalent to our TV presenters. They tended to make fun of Muhammad and his claims of prophethood. Muhammad was determined to eliminate this mockery. Muhammad was sorely tried by several poets. One was Asma bint Marwan. When her latest verses were recited to the Prophet, he cried out, “Will no one rid me of this daughter of Marwan?” Umayr ibn Ali, a clansman of hers volunteered. That night she was sleeping, her youngest child still at her breast, when her clansman thrust his sword through her. On that day new converts were won as they could see the power of Islam. A month later an almost identical situation occurred. This time it was the poet Abu Afak, reputedly over a hundred years old, who raised the Prophet’s ire. Muhammad exclaimed: “Who will avenge me on this scoundrel?” and Salim ibn Umayr was the helper of God.”

The Muslim Community and Law Enforcement Mr. Shibly said, “17 out of 20 of the alleged terrorist plots that involved Muslims in the U.S. was actually setup by FBI Agents. What they do is find some idiot, misguided, often mentally retarded, or troubled individual and they provoke him…brainwash him. Until he agrees to do something haram, illegal, immoral, and disgusting. When he agrees to do that (terrorist attack) and he doesnʼt have the means, so they (FBI) give him the means. and when he accepts the means they arrest him.”

Shibly just told the 40+ Muslims in attendance the FBI entraps 85% of the Muslims arrested on terrorism charges. These types of claims, spoken by a Muslim civil rights lawyer, Imam, and CAIR Director against the FBI builds distrust between the Muslim community and all levels of law enforcement. Mr. Shibly also conveyed the FBI preys on the Muslims who are idiots, retarded, and misguided. Mr. Shiblyʼs message can be interpreted by some, that if you talk with law enforcement you are a retarded idiot. Shibly is cleverly hitting on Islamic cultural hot button triggers. Middle Eastern men are very proud and if you imply they are anything other than strong intelligent men – it is a severe cultural slap in the face especially by someone who is in a position of authority. The next hot button issue for Muslim men is the topic of women.

The Muslim community and women

Shibly says, “we have discovered there are over 15,000 paid informants for the FBI, we are not worried about informants…the problem is often they are going beyond the step of being informants to being provocateurs and that is what we are worried about.” Shibly told the story of how one Muslim provocateur was instructed by his FBI handlers that it was ok to engage in fornication, zina, and adultery with Muslim sisters, and when you do, we will use that against them (the Muslim sisters). “So they (the FBI) are using our own sins as a community against us.”, Mr. Shibly said.

Mr. Shibly now planted the seed the FBI is instructing Muslim men that it is ok to defile their women and then blackmail the women after they have been defiled. If there was anyone in that “Civil Liberties” lecture who did not hate the FBI before, they do now. At this point the only thing the FBI could do worse is entrap an Imam in a trumped up prostitution scandal.

CAIR is Deathly Afraid of Law Enforcement in their Community

Mr. Shibly next gives a personal example from one of his clients, “Another classic example, we got from one of my clients. They (the FBI) would go to an Imam… and show him a picture of a naked woman. They would say this woman is going to testify you are harboring her for prostitution. Unless on your own time, your own computer, you go to terrorist websites and translate them for us.” Shibly says this is a small problem and not the majority but unless we speak up, it will continue. If this case above about the Imam is true, Hassan Shibly, has an obligation to cite the case and the court it was filed under. Maybe Mr. Shibly was referring to NY Imam Bilal who was arrested for prostitution in 2011. Mr. Shibly was silent about the Orlando Imam, Abu Tabau, who was arrested this year and plead guilty to gun charges. He was quiet about Imam Hafiz Khan, Imam Izhar Khan, Ali Rehman, Amina Khan and Alam Zeb who were charged with funneling money to the Taliban for firearms and supporting acts of murder, kidnapping, and maiming in Pakistan in 2011. This type of illegal activity according to Islamic political doctrine is called preforming Jihad with your money and obligatory according to Umdaat al-Salik.

After hearing Mr. Shiblyʼs views one would speculate there was some major entrapment going on against some “idiot, retarded, and misguided” Miami Muslim Imam. Mr. Shibly also forgot to talk about CAIR Michigan Director Dawud Walidʼs anti-Semitic views which were exposed in June 2012 by the Investigative Project on Terrorism. Walid preached about a slaughter of Jews by Muhammad’s army. “It was a correct” decision, Walid said. Is it any wonder that in 2009 the FBI severed all relations with CAIR based on their links to terrorism financing in the Holy Land Foundation trial. IPT News reported that a White House aid acknowledged “hundreds of examples” of face-to-face meetings between the Obama administration and officials with CAIR. George Selim, director of community partnerships for the White House declined to comment. President Obama invited the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood to Washington so itʼs only natural he would defy the FBI and invite CAIR, who has ties to The Muslim Brotherhood, in for hundreds of clandestine meetings.

Back to the women

The womenʼs area inside the Mosque could seat approximately 50 people and was surrounded by a six foot high white vinyl privacy fence that one could not see in or out of. It is customary in Islam to separate the men and women during prayers including the Maghreb prayers that took place before the civil liberties lecture. However, after the evening prayers the women were not asked to join Mr. Shiblyʼs “non religious” “community empowerment” one hour conference. The sequestering of the women during Mr. Shiblyʼs “civil liberties” lecture is problematic because civil liberties apply to both men and women equally. Many of the women in attendance believed their civil liberties were violated because they were not treated as equal to the men. Mr. Shibly, as an Imam and a lawyer, should have been fully aware of this offense since he controlled who could do what inside the Mosque for his one hour lecture.

Mr. Shibly responded to my question, by email, on the women not being allowed out of the womenʼs area after Maghreb prayers. Mr. Shibly said, “ …Usually when people go to a sacred worship grounds they respect the religious tradition of the place of worship they are in…So if planned ahead of time, Iʼm sure exceptions and accommodations can be made by the mosque. Mr. Shiblyʼs explanation would have sounded good if Mr. Hassouneh had not spilled the beans earlier and said the speaker decides what is allowed and not allowed during his speech. Sorry Mr. Shibly, you could have let the non-Muslim women out of their enclosure but the matter was of small concern to you. You owe these and all women reading this article a heartfelt apology.

Conclusion

Mr. Shibly said in his lecture that if this meeting was to take place in his home country of Syria that we would all be arrested, and he would be right. The right to assemble is allowed here in America but illegal in Syria and most other unfree Middle Eastern Shariah compliant countries. Yet Mr. Shibly uses our man made laws to try and deny this reporter his right of expression and free speech, under threat. It is the essence and application of these American Civil Liberties that result in Freedom and Liberty for the Individual. Mr. Shibly – Thank you for articulating better than I ever could why our United States man made laws are superior to what you believe as your divinely inspired Shariah Islamiyya (Islamic Law).

That is the essence of our struggle U.S. Man Made Laws v. Allah worded Islamic Law.

In the vein of ISNA’s self-described openness and transparency, we felt comfortable with the knowledge that we would be welcome and the extension of our open-hand of friendship would be met in kind. We met many individual conference attendees who were polite and neighborly. Conversely, the message from those speakers in leadership-positions were at times hostile, racist, and openly combative.

Since we were guests of the ISNA Conference our behavior was always, respectful and polite. At no time did we act disrespectfully towards anyone at the conference even when we were treated poorly and publicly disparaged. I will try and paint you a picture of what took place at the ISNA Conference.

The lobby of the Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore was abuzz with scores of women dressed in brightly colored hijabs (head coverings) and men sporting full-length robes, shariah-compliant beards, and kufi’s (head coverings). There were even women who had their faces covered with dark black ominous fabric showing only their eyes with several children under their care. Walking to the registration table there was a vibrant bazaar of Middle Eastern clothing vendors, artists, CAIR table, Muslim youth tables, Muslim online matrimony tables, and perfume vendors. The smells of rosewater and sandalwood perfumes filled the air.

The conference started with opening remarks by Sami Catovic. Mr. Catovic’s speech was warm and welcoming. The moderator for the first session, Ahmed Bedier, arrived late. When Bedier took the podium all semblance of ISNA’s mission to promote openness and transparency were thrown out the window with his opening remarks.

Ahmed Bedier made it clear that video or audio taping would not be allowed because there were people in attendance who will twist and turn ISNA’s message. What is this group trying to hide from the outside world? You will soon find out.

Bedier set the tone for the rest of the conference by stating, “Some of the faces in attendance are clearly enemies of Islam and hate Muslims.” Bedier’s comments had the desired effect because 15-20 attendees turned around and looked at me with hate and contempt. Many of the other 25 members of our group reported receiving looks of hate from those around them. These looks of hate and contempt towards many of us were because we did not “look” Muslim. Our Middle Eastern Arabic speaking friends led us to believe that non-Muslim looking people were watched closely for the remainder of the conference.

Despite Bedier’s hate speech spewing from the podium our objective was to always remain quiet, respectful, and give ISNA no reason to kick us out based on our behavior. Due to our exemplary behavior throughout the conference not one of our people were asked to leave. I must compliment a number of Muslims in attendance who were offended by Ahmed Bedier’s venomous rhetoric. ISNA’s silence is consent, as Bukhari teaches in the Hadith, and will forever link ISNA with Ahmed Bedier. Imam Muhammad Al-Darsani told us that he does not like Bedier and Bedier does not like him. We learned of much Muslim-on-Muslim division and hostility inside the Sunni community leadership and members.

Ahmed Bedier made an interesting comment when he stated that it would be impossible to have this ISNA Conference in many Islamic countries. Bedier would be right because most Islamic countries do not allow the freedom of assembly. The contradiction here is that Bedier is bashing Shariah-compliant Islamic countries because there is no freedom of assembly; yet, he is also hostile towards The United West for articulating a similar message. This comment above by Bedier would be considered Islamic hate speech if anyone else stated this fact about Political Islam.

Dr. Jamal Badawi on Shariah Sacred Principles

Other breakout sessions were Love and Marriage: The Halal Way, Character Building through Islamic Education, Spiritual Development for Teachers, Participation through Grassroots Political Engagement, and Understanding Shariah.

Understanding Shariah: Sacred Principles in striving for the Human Developent by Dr. Jamal Badawi. Dr. Badawi is a nationally recognized Shariah scholar and co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terrorist funding trial. Badawi’s session was without a doubt the most popular event of the conference.

There were approximately 200+ people in the conference room. The audience was made up of men, women, and young adults. There was a noticeable mood shift in the room to one of anticipation and excitement at hearing the esteemed Dr. Jamal Badawi. Dr. Badawi’s cadence and rhythm began slow, soft-spoken, and modest. As the lecture continued with each passing 10 minute interval, Badawi became more animated, excited, and extreme by Western standards.

U.S. Constitution and Blood money

Jamal Badawi became especially animated as he was explaining why Sharia is superior to Democracy. The lecture went on for 90 minutes so I will give you two examples that Dr. Badawi provided.

1. Badawi said, “The Constitution can be changed and amended by human beings – you can not change the Qur’an which means it is MORE than democracy. In Islam it is more than the 21st century legal system even in this country (USA), because the Qur’an is not an invention to keep up with the times.” In other words, Allah’s laws known as “Shariah” are superior to our man-made laws: “The Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Read that sentence again and let the full impact sink into your inquisitive mind.
2. Badawi said, “If the family of the person who was murdered goes to the judge and says we are not interested in another life being taken, we forgive. Can that be done in Democracy? NO, because it becomes a State case.” “If the family of the murdered person feels that the person who murdered is remorseful or offering financial compensation, especially if he is the bread winner, they can forgive with or even without financial compensation and this is superior to western laws. There is no question in my mind, at least that is my view. You may disagree with it, but don’t consider me radical, because I also consider you radical for not listening”. (The crowd erupts into applause and laughter). The message Badawi is sending to those in attendance is, ‘don’t respect American Laws because Shariah is superior.’ I found Badawi’s comments problematic because of the Islamic doctrinal concept of financial compensation for a person’s life is “blood money,” by any other name, and devalues human life.

Badawi is the face of ISNA. Jamal Badawi thought he was talking to a Muslim audience and told the truth as he sees it – he hates American jurisprudence. I have seen Badawi speak at the University of Central Florida and I can tell you his message was not as overtly Anti-American as at this ISNA Conference.

Mood of the room changes after Badawi speaks

The mood of the room changed again after Badawi’s speech. The looks of contempt towards the non-Muslims in the audience were a few seconds longer and more confident. However, when you looked these ISNA bullies right back in the eye, 90% of the time they would avert their eyes in shame. Nothing was ever said between the two parties and that is the power of non-verbal intimidation techniques.

As I walked out of the conference room the halls were jam packed and the ISNA attendees seemed more energized and excited. Although no words were spoken to me directly the looks and stares were more noticeable.

The stare-downs, from the older teenagers to 35 year olds, were an intentional form of intimidation. The stare-down is an invitation for the person being stared-down to respond with a comment. Once that comment is said things tend to escalate very quickly. Despite the amateurish attempts at intimidation we treated ISNA’s disrespect with a knowing smile – driving our antagonists even more unhinged.

Why no Pledge of Allegiance?

During the one Question and Answer session at one of the last sessions for the day Roger G asked the question of why there were no American flags and no Pledge of Allegiance at the ISNA Conference. Their first response was that the Hilton hotel had no flags.

When the ISNA leadership realized how bad it would look if they refused to put their hand over their heart and pledge allegiance to the United States of America they acted quickly. ISNA and 70% in attendance submitted to the will of Roger G standing up saying the Pledge. Meanwhile most everyone on the podium pulled out their camera phones and captured the moment on film so they can use that moment for propaganda. When you see this video eventually pop-up from ISNA – you now know the rest of the story.

Conclusion

The United West encourages everyone to sign-up and attend these ISNA, ICNA, MSA, MPAC, etc., conferences that are advertised in your cities. ISNA did not like our presence but were forced to deal with it in order to save face. You have now gotten a brief glimpse into the two faces of Political Shariah-compliant Islam.

Imam Johari Abdul Malik, outreach coordinator, for the infamous Dar al-Hijra Mosque in Falls Church, Md said in a private/public conversation at the hotel bar, that 90% of all Muslims in America will vote for President Obama. Rest assured this ISNA conference was politically motivated and meant to send a clear message to the Republicans in Florida that ISNA supports President Barak Hussein Obama. The Mayor of Tampa attended the ISNA conference banquet paying respect to his friends and financial supporters.

On Saturday, local Tampa 9/12, Tea Party, and concerned Americans came out in-force, in front of the Airport Hilton hotel to exercise their rights of free speech. Around 100 people attended the rally, representing the true united voices supporting America’s man-made laws.

Dr. Badawi confirmed the followers of Islam are taught to believe our man-made laws, The Constitution, and Bill of Rights are subordinate to the Divinely (Allah) written Qur’an. Dr. Badawi articulated that Islam is a supremacist ideological doctrine firmly rooted in Islamic theological texts and can not change.

The one thing our Islamist friends fear most is an American public who understands the basic tenets of Shariah-compliant Islam. So get informed and get educated.

Reflections of the 2012 ISNA East Zone Conference

Tampa, Florida

The Muslim leaders knew who many of us were and some weren’t very happy we attended the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) 2012 East Zone Conference in Tampa Florida on May 11^th and May 12^th. For those who aren’t aware, ISNA is a “sub-organization” of The Muslim Brotherhood and is specifically named as a co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation (HLF) trial – the largest terrorist funding trial this country has ever had. I was part of The United West (TUW) team of about 20 people who “infiltrated” the event to gather information and learn, first hand, what Muslims hear from their leaders.

The conference held about a dozen different presentations, spanning two days, with topics ranging from how their youth can have a happy “halal” marriage, to Muslim involvement in American politics. The speakers were prominent national leaders in the Muslim world, such as Ahmed Bedier – Founder and past Director of the Tampa chapter of CAIR and founder and current Director of United Voices for America; Dr. Jamal Badawi – a ranking member of the Fiqh Council, and a named co-conspirator in the HLF trial. One of the tasks of the Fiqh Council is to verify that translations of the Quran are accurate and true. The speaker list at this conference reads like an Islamic Who’s-Who in America.

Speakers made a concentrated effort to project Islam and Muslims as patriotic Americans, but I found that effort to be a fairly obvious mask for their true attitude toward America. Get this! Muslims in attendance were told that the two ships that accompanied the Santa Maria and Columbus on his voyage to discover America in 1492 were captained by Muslims! I originally attributed this statement to Ahmed Bedier, but, upon reflection, I realize it was not said by Bedier. It was, in fact, said by another speaker. I wasn’t able to record audio or take notes, so I won’t say for sure which speaker said that. That being corrected; The captain of the Nina was Vicente Yáñez Pinzón, the brother of the captain of the Pinta, who was Martin Alonso Pinzon. The captain of the Santa Maria was Juan de la Cosa. So, there were no Muslim captains in the Columbus fleet that discovered America. A comment like that isn’t a Freudian slip of the tongue or a confusion of the facts – It’s is a blatant LIE. It is Taqiyya, which is lying for the benefit of Islam. There was plenty of Taqiyya going on over the two days of this convention! Let me share two examples of what goes on in these Islamic functions.

I had the opportunity to speak privately with Imam Johari Abduk-Malik, the Director of Outreach for the Dar Al Hijrah Islamic Center in Northern Virginia, and a prominent speaker at this event. I asked the Imam why there was no American flag anywhere in the conference rooms or anywhere in the event. He was quite convincing in saying that the American flag is, often, not present at political events. Now, I don’t know about you, but I’ve seen the American flag displayed prominently at every political event I’ve ever attended, and I’ve been to quite a few! So, later in the day, after the “Participation through Grass Roots Political Engagement” presentation, I had the opportunity to ask a question in front of those in attendance. Ahmed Bedier and Imam Malik were two of the speakers for that session. I said that Imam Malik and I spoke earlier in the day about the absence of an American flag at this event. I also said that a Muslim man was interviewed outside the event and he stated that Muslims were not allowed to recite the Pledge of Allegiance and I thought I would give them the opportunity to respond to that claim. Bedier answered by saying the Hilton Hotel didn’t provide a flag for the event. (The Hilton doesn’t have American flags for their conference rooms?) Bedier then asked the entire room to stand to recite the Pledge. However, before reciting the pledge, Imam Malik and Bedier took about 5 minutes to explain to the audience that they were, in fact, permitted to recite the pledge, but, no one was obligated to recite the Pledge. They both explained that, under certain circumstances, Muslims can, and do, pledge their allegiance to the “states” they live in. Mohammed did it, and they can too. The narrator was then brought up front to lead the Pledge. She began the Pledge of Allegiance to our flag – And I will quote her here; “As a Muslim and an American I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of ……” Etc.

I find it noteworthy that the pledge of allegiance required a five minute dialog to justify saying the Pledge. There were comments that were said in Arabic and not in English during that 5 minute talk. (What’d he say, huh? What was that?) So, MOST of the Muslims stood to recite the Pledge, but not all. About a dozen refused to participate out of the 200 or so in the room. I wonder how many would have stood up without that encouraging speech, or the Arabic comments that we infidels didn’t understand. Further, the words “As a Muslim and American” were added to the beginning of the Pledge. Please note that Muslim was put before being American and not everyone in the room stood while the Pledge was recited, and some who stood did not recite the Pledge at all. So much for Muslim-American patriotism!

Over the entire two-day event, Ahmed Bedier mentioned and spoke about the protesters and Islamophobes who were inside the event (That would be US). He denied the event was in support of Obama or designed to rally support for Obama. In fact, there was NOT a lot of discussion that would be considered supportive of Obama. There was, however, a lot of discussion that was derogatory about Republicans! Democrats were mentioned here and there, but nothing derogatory about them, but the Republicans took a thrashing. Understand this; they’re not supporting Obama, but they were urged and encouraged NOT to vote for the other guy! They don’t support Obama, but they don’t want to vote for his opponent and they should all get out to vote, like good Americans do. Get out and vote, but not for the guy opposing Obama! Who does that leave to vote for? OBAMA!

So, here are some of the more notable impressions with which I walked away from this event. Muslim leaders don’t know that history recorded who the captains of the Nina and Pinta were, so they shouldn’t lie and say Muslims were the captains, when they weren’t. I’m not convinced they will say the Pledge of Allegiance without being coerced to do so and without altering the words. They won’t say they’re supportive of Obama – they just don’t want to vote for any opponent of Obama. They deny having any connection to the Muslim Brotherhood, even though the Federal Government says they are.

We need to connect some dots when dealing with Islamic organizations such as ISNA and the Muslim Brotherhood. The Muslim Brotherhood document “An Explanatory Memorandum for the Strategic Goal for the Group in North America” contains the following words; “The Ikwhan must understand that the settlement process here in America is a form of grand Jihad designed to sabotage and destroy their miserable house from within by their own hand and the hand of the believers so that only the religion of Allah remains victorious in the end.” I did not see, or hear, anything that might suggest that plan is no longer in effect.

Having previously participated in a number of inter-faith dialogues, I thought I was prepared for what I would see and hear this past weekend in Tampa, FL  at The ISNA conference, “Upholding Faith and Serving Humanity.” Boy, was I wrong.  I truly feel sorry for the every-day Muslim trying to practice Islam like that which Mohamed teaches.  Or wait, maybe that’s it! They are trying to practice Islam just like Mohammed taught.  It was truly schizophrenic.  First we were read passages from the Koran, Suna, and Hadith and told in such simplistic terms of how Muslims are to reach out to their Kafir neighbors and befriend them.  We heard many stories of how the Muslim food is so good that Kafirs are forming a line at local mosques waiting to participate in Inter-faith dialogues.  Then at the same time as we were being referred to as haters, racists, and bigots, we were being pointed-out in the audience as being there to disrupt the conference.  Then again the audience was being told to welcome us and make us feel at- home.

The underlying theme seemed to be one of racial-divide. There was definitely an extremely focused agenda to drive a wedge between the white community and the Muslim, black, and Latino communities. The references to Travon Martin and George Zimmerman were numerous.  The problem was that they did not take into account the fact that Zimmerman has black relatives and is also Hispanic.  It was misrepresented that he was white.  At no time do these white-hating racists ever refer to the overwhelming instances of black-on-white violence that are becoming all too common.

Their youth are under a tremendous amount of pressure.  The main topics seemed to focus on finding one’s identity as a Muslim.  I can now understand why such an emphasis has to be placed on identity. They are transmitting such conflicting signals to the Muslim population as a whole.  There seems to be a major identity-crisis taking place with the leaders who spoke, and is being transferred to their followers. In trying to be community organizers and focusing on the social problems of the minority communities, and while juxtaposing them against us, they have created a situation that is in direct opposition to their own teachings; or, at least that is how it all seems to an outsider looking-in. I think my biggest problem was in trying to separate fact from fiction.  I guess when taking into consideration the doctrine of Taqiyya and the practice of Dawa, this group is doing exactly what their leaders want them to do: Confusing and deceiving the Kafirs just as they themselves are confused and deceived.

When your imams tell you that “The Way” or “The Path” is for you to follow in the footsteps of Mohammed, you really have to be as messed-up as he was.  There is such a potential harvest of confused and deceived Muslims out there.  We really need to be showing them the way of the one true God!

Reflections on ISNA East Coast Conference

By sitting through two days of platitudinous speeches at the recent ISNA East Coast Conference, I was struck by two distinct thoughts.

First, there were genuine, good Muslim, albeit naïve people sitting around me who shared my pro-American values.  They clapped when speakers talked of this great country in which we live.  They cheered when the right to religious liberty, which allows them to openly worship in their Islamic faith, was brought-up, even acknowledging that this religious liberty did not exist in Muslim-dominated countries. They extolled the virtues of liberty that make men and women co-equals.

Even to the uninitiated non-Muslim listening to the conference, most of what was said would be in accordance with pro-American sentiments.

However, to a more carefully trained ear, the discordant notes would reverberate loudly.  Amidst all of the mellifluous platitudes, the cheering for America, the repetition of Judeo-Christian values, the extolling of the benefits of our Constitution, there could be heard very disturbing discordant notes that essentially contradicted all of the positive messages.  These tired, trite sayings and their discordant notes included the following:

“Islam is not a religion; it is not even a way of life.  It is a state of being.  Islam is a lived reality.”  Discordant Note:  In other words, it is the consuming and complete totality of one’s life, and one’s allegiance is first and foremost to the laws of Islam.

“Islam is greater and better than democracy, but we respect the Constitution.”  Discordant Note:  Therefore the Constitution is and must be subservient to Islam.

“We have duties and rights, not rights and duties.  Duties come first, and only if we comply, do we get the rights.”  Discordant Note:  Accordingly, if your duty is first and foremost to Allah, only then are you a true and devout Muslim, and will receive your rights.

A panel of Muslim women declared that men and women are equals in Islam, while they sat there in full burqa, or at minimum, long-sleeved. long-skirted and wearing a hajib to cover their heads.  A question was asked about polygamy, which is permitted in Islam, and the canned answer was that polygamy is illegal in the United States and therefore it is a problem because there is “no equal status of the wives in the U.S.”  However, polygamy is acknowledged as good in Islamic countries where the wives can be treated equally.  I didn’t know whether to laugh out-loud or cry.

The most discordant note for me personally was when they spoke about assimilation and that in the process of assimilating in the United States they “must not change their Muslim ways or they are nothing.”  Discordant Note:  In other words, don’t really assimilate and if you do or if you are non-Muslim, you are nothing.

I can now understand how well-intentioned, yet politically and historically naïve, the Muslim people are and how they are sucked into this vortex of anti-American, anti-western, anti-liberal ideology and how it grows into extremism of the worst sort.

Watching The United West’s live-feed taking place on the outside, as we were on the inside, was incredible! Wow! What an amazing group of people! I am so proud to be able to be a part in any small way.

My impressions… Night number one, Friday, we were warmly welcomed by the registration folks, young, attractive, Muslim girls,… everyone smiling…no problems, no altercations. We walked into the conference room and the only folks in the room were folks from our group! We shopped the “Bazaar,” and met  more friendly Muslims.

The conference began with a friendly, well- spoken female, moderator. The first speaker talked about the beginnings of ISNA, but there was no mention of the fact that it is an actual outgrowth of the Muslim Student Association and birthed by the Muslim Brotherhood… just a wonderful organization of community outreach and neighborhood compassion…Umma as a balanced nation(?) yada, yada, yada…

Then came Mr. Ahmed Bedier. I was not feeling so warm and fuzzy anymore.  Yes, I am correctly picking-up on the fact that he does not like us. He spoke about the “haters” who have misrepresented the intentions of this get-together and that there are even some “haters” in the room… but would not identify them, for now, anyway.  Once the hater thing was out of the way, he went on to once again talk about the innocuous, charitable heart, with no underlying agenda, altruistic, all-loving religion of Islam.

This went on all night and into the next day…the wonder and the beauty and the mercy of Allah, just as long as you worked hard enough and in accordance with the emulation of the life of Muhammad, as described by the learned scholars.

It was all so seductive, as long as one was completely ignorant to actual American History, the Constitution of the United States, and if one could consider American Islam as completely disconnected and unrelated to the brand that goes on in the rest of the world.  Apparently, here in the U.S, Islam is completely constitutionally compatible.  In fact, according to Muslim teaching, the U.S. Constitution is actually based on the constitution of Medina written in 622 by Mohammed, and both Jefferson and Madison, as the primary crafters of our Constitution, depended on the Qur’an for their inspiration, as opposed to Locke, Aristotle and Blackstone, English Common Law and the Magna Carta.  Who knew?

Another personal observation was that very few took notes, no one carried a Qur’an or any other source of information to verify any of the information that was being espoused as fact; no one really asked any questions even though the information was at times very contradictory and very controversial; many references were made to Americans as whites” or “white people”; much was made as to how Islam is completely compatible  with our Constitution; Louis Farakkan has a few “excesses” but was successful in making being “lame” cool; Trayvon Martin was mentioned numerous times in relation to the “injustice” of the case; Zimmerman was obviously a  murderer; Republicans are”haters”, I am a “hater”;  Jesus was a pretty good prophet, as prophets go; we are all born Muslim but, our parents lead us astray into Christianity and Judaism; Jimmy Carter is a great American; and 2 of the three ships in Columbus’ voyage were captained by Muslims.

So, wow. Did I get an education on so many things I thought I knew.

Sad part…the deception is so severe, the lying is so intense, the threat is so very persuasive…my cry to Americans is WAKE UP! These people are in bondage and our country is in jeopardy. I mean this in all seriousness — our sense-of-humor is at stake. The leadership of this movement is evil. Believe your own gut feelings regarding this.  It is not a religion. This regime is so restrictive, so invasive, that it dictates which foot leaves the bathroom first and with which hand one wipes one’s hiney. Does that sound like our Constitution to you?

In the lobby of the Hilton following the ISNA East Zone Conference 2012, I met a gentleman from Toulouse, France.  David had just arrived to Tampa on business and stated how shocked he was upon entering the lobby of the Hilton that was flooded with Muslims, which he expects in France, but didn’t expect to see here.  His story is heartbreaking and I had to fight back the tears as I listened to his heavy words paint a grim picture of our future.

David talked about how the Muslim race accounts for approximately 20% of France’s population now, and continues to flood-in from other countries, seeking the generous welfare benefits provided by France. However, the newcomers are not using the welfare system as a stepping-stone to better their lives; rather, they are milking the system, draining it, the economy, and the country.  He said they do not seek to work and are literally overrunning many areas that were once enjoyed by the public.  In fact, he stated there are areas where the police do not go because they are not “allowed” by the Muslims.

You could see the frustration in David’s eyes as he spoke, feel the fear in his heart for his country and perhaps his life, and you could hear the need for him to talk about it.  As we spoke with him he continued to relax more and showed a hunger for getting this off his chest as well as a sense of security in being able to speak with us without repercussion.  My heart aches for David as it does for us.  He also talked about how the elections always end up being between two mediocre candidates and the French are stuck with choosing the better of bad choices.  He warned us of what is to come for America.

I experienced the pandering to the Muslim Brotherhood’s ISNA this weekend and the weeks leading-up to the event and I am left with a foul taste and am disgusted at what is happening.  I saw first-hand how the hotel management made it clear that they favored terrorists and terrorist-supporters over patriotic Americans who have never once shown aggression to anyone.  They refused to book a conference room for us even though they admitted they had plenty of room.

The police presence was an utter disgrace as they made it clear they expected trouble and that trouble would come from us.  It was witnessed by our group how two police officers singled out a couple of us, with one actually following me in my car twice.  The entire weekend they watched us like hawks…profiling us in an un-substantiated manner.  Again, NOT ONCE HAVE I OR ANY TUW MEMBER SHOWN AGGRESSION TOWARD ANYONE, INCLUDING THE MUSLIMS.  The hotel and police showed mercy to the terrorists and terrorist-supporters and focused their piercing eyes and suspicion on us.  It was not until the very end when an Imam exposed his true character and blew up at one of our members (no pun intended, but still ironically funny) as he exercised his 1st Amendment right to free speech.  The Imam nearly attacked him while our team mate, with every ounce of self-control he could muster, stood down and allowed this Imam to denigrate him and speak harshly to him, shaking his finger in the gentleman’s face.  It was at this moment that a police officer FINALLY realized who the real threat was.  The officer then approached the Imam as the Imam waved him off, saying, “…no, no, everything is fine…”  The officer replied, “No, everything is not fine.  You have just crossed the line and escalated the situation.”

During his speech, one of the MB leaders warned the Muslim crowd “to protect their children, keep them close by and far from us,” telling them to “be careful as they went to their cars and as they drove down the street past the protestors because they are liable to jump out in front of the car and make the Muslim out to be the terrorist.”  I cannot stress enough that the United West Team has NEVER, NOT ONCE, SHOWN AGGRESSION TO ANYONE.  NOT ONCE.

I would like to add another point, as I reflect on our discussion with an Imam regarding gender equality in Islam:

First of all, I want to make clear that I personally do not hate Muslims nor do I think that all Muslims are bad or are terrorists.  I despise Islam and everything it stands for but I do not hate Muslims in general.  I have been reading the book, A Gift to the Husband and Wife, by Maulavi Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rah) and asked an Imam about its content.    Following our discussion I had some after-thoughts.

If men are so pious, and superior, and if Allah is so perfect and his word is so perfect (which the Imam attested to)….why then do Muslims accept the man-made law (idolatry-which they despise) of forcing women to wear a tent?  If men are so superior to women why then is it that men must force women to wear a tent in order that men are not attracted to women and experience lustful desires, causing him to sin and disrespect Allah?  Is not a Muslim man far superior and self-controlled that he cannot contain himself around a woman so that he must rely on her to struggle through oppressive rules in order that he not fall to sin?

According to the book and the Imam, men are indeed far more superior and pious.  How then is that this man is so far above a woman intellectually and yet cannot even control himself?  If Allah is so perfect why then can not a Muslim man have enough self-control that a woman not have to be subjected to such crap?  (Don’t say this to an Imam-you’re liable to be attacked because Islam requires this of him).

Can a Muslim man not see that a woman is far superior to him in that she is the one who must adhere to such ridiculous rules as walking around like a modern- day Jabba the Hut, that she must find ridiculously creative ways to eat her food in public through a veiled face, that she must quickly put her tent on before opening the door to her own home?  If she is disobedient she endures denigrating treatment by her fearless and strong husband such as ear-tugging, denial of service (sex….what a blessing for her!), or even SPANKINGS?????  She must attempt to use public restrooms while juggling her canopy around in hopes that she does not urinate on it.

The Muslim man is weak….so weak that he must rely on man-made laws by the Fiqh Council and Shurah Council as THEY issue Fatwas and rulings; yet Islam is so perfect?  I thought Allah’s word was perfect then, now, and tomorrow; everywhere, for everyone.   Why then, must man step-in and create laws and rules?   Oh, what a glorious path we are taking, that I must envision for my daughters that they too, will be canopy-wearers, — nomads in a restricted land.

Ahmed Bedier and other speakers made it a point to describe themselves as all-inclusive and hospitable, yet, ironically enough, the few Muslim women who were the nicest to me, were actually our own!  I felt very unwelcome as I listened to women next to me talking about me not being one of them and being “haram,” or unlawful.  Perhaps this is because my legs were crossed and the bottom of my shoe was exposed to them.  (Perhaps I felt a need to show disdain for such a doctrine that mistreats women so badly.)  By the way, the two ladies sitting next me were dressed in Niqab.

I found the conference to be very interesting as to how ISNA relies on so many of their “sheep” to nod in acceptance of their leaders’ lies and deception.  I felt as if the conference was intended for us, the “non-believers” in an attempt to convince us of how wonderful Islam is, how gracious and beautiful it is amongst the community, in government, and within the faith.  The leaders are well-educated and speak very well in convincing listeners that “It’s all good”.  I personally, hate their lies!!!!! Here are my bullet points:

Friday/Saturday:

• Members of the TUW team who chose to attend the conference were allowed to enter, where check-in volunteers looked to be made-up of high-school aged girls.  The welcome-in was calm and appeared to be open to all people.
• During the presentations, the leaders referenced “human” in many of the sessions.  It is just odd!!  One statement from Badawi said, “Human is servant of Allah”, as if there are outer-space aliens and earth bound humans… just odd!!
• Then Ahmad Bedier spoke and was angry that there were some who shouldn’t be there in the conference, referring to us.  He was mad and announced that no one was allowed to record any of the convention.  Said he knew who everyone of “them” was and would probably invite them up on stage to let everyone see them.  Didn’t say when, but I felt it was his method of “dominance” and “intimidation”.  Warned everyone there to not speak to “us”.
• Each session had Arabic interspersed in their presentations which seemed to be understood by all but “us”.
• This was the 49^th anniversary of the conventions and all this time… it’s only cost was $35/convention + $35/dinner.  What in the hell are we doing charging upwards of $300/convention to attend the Freedom Conf., ACT Conference, etc.!!!   And none of those allow children… ISNA planned sessions for the children!!!  Indoctrination starts with the children!!!  Well… at least we need to educate them about freedoms, liberties, and respect for life!  The entire conference included the “family”.  Glenn Beck is the only “conference” that made plans to include children.
• I guestimate there were approximately 200-225 Muslims in attendance… Counted chairs:  24 across, 10 rows deep.  Never 100% full.  They announced 600­­ were there… NEVER!!!
• Prayer sessions were done at the back of the room on hotel sheets facing the corner!  Pretty funny in my mind… facing Mecca?!?!!?!!?   Many of the sessions also had praying spoken in Arabic.  Each time they prayed to Allah, I prayed to MY God…NOT theirs!
• Sessions I attended:  Every time, Muslims all came in late… the “team” was always the first to arrive.
• There were 4-5 Women in full burka, only eyes showing.  BUT… I never saw them in the sessions, only walking the lobby & in the hotel restaurant.  I was sitting in the restaurant when 4 of them entered.  Three sat together and all removed the face-covering to eat & drink.  The 4^th one was with her 4 year-old son and baby in a stroller.  She got her food, sat down, and proceeded to eat UNDER the face covering… she was in all black!!!
• Friday evening, during break, Sheik Ahmed M. Elhattab  walked-up to Don & me and called Don by name to chat about Don’s family, what it’s like in Indiana, and that he’d been in U.S. for 35 years.  He gave us his card.  He is the Executive Director of the ISNA Development Foundation in Plainfield, Indiana.
• ISNA Membership costs: $50/year.  They solicited members.  It was interesting that when they asked who was a member, probably only about 25 in the room raised their hands.
• Shariah Session:  Equated Shariah as their religion.  “Denouncing Shariah, means denouncing religion”. It is literally called “The Way”. “It is better than Democracy”.  All of this from Badawi.
• On Saturday, some protesters ate lunch in the Hotel Restaurant.  Two young men, 20-25 yrs old, (1 black & 1 white) were sitting across from me.  The white man wore a T-Shirt, “Christ is the Answer”.  The black man talked about leaving Islam… could only hear a few comments.
• Walked into a session on Saturday afternoon about 10 minutes before it ended: “Fostering Healthy Environment for Muslim Families”.  It was a panel of women.  They were talking about Polygamy.  The one woman said, “It’s against the law in the U.S., but it does have some social values”.  WHAT!!?!?!?!?!  She stated that there is a growing trend for Muslim women seeking out Non-Muslim men; that if a Muslim woman is NOT treated well, she will look elsewhere.  Personal commentary: I thought this was a bit odd… considering under Sharia, women really cannot divorce a man so easily and that multiple wives must be treated with the same level of respect, but when one is not, she must leave.
• Saturday morning’s session used an “Intimidator” to walk around and infest herself next to each of us.  She forced me to clear the seat next to me where I had placed my bags & water, in order to sit down right next to me.  Someone said she was an attorney.  When she sat down, she overflowed to my chair, so, when she took out her phone, I leaned her way to get a look at her phone.  I also made sure to cough in her direction.  Intimidate me… NOT!!!  Finally, she moved to another seat near another TUW team member and instantly a little 20 year old guy sat down in her place.  So, I did the same to him…  .
• Saturday afternoon, during a Q&A session, a member of our team asked why they did not begin their meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.  They made a huge deal out of their answer.  They brought up a specific young girl to do the pledge.  They did the pledge, but not without some Arabic commentary AND explanation about how they feel about America.    Some didn’t stand (approx. 5-10) & recite.  A. Bedier tried to explain that the hotel did NOT provide a flag.  But they found a picture of a flag on a CAIR postcard and said “we could all use it” as the flag.  Blamed it on the hotel for not having a flag.  I threw it on the floor, wouldn’t pledge to it!  Malik tried to explain how much Muslim history was ingrained with America.  NOT TRUE!!!!
• Malik referenced the Thomas Jefferson Koran on which Keith Ellison was sworn into office.  He made it sound as if Muslims were “patriotic” and well-received at that time in history, and is why Jefferson owned a Koran.  Well, anyone knowing history… Jefferson owned a Koran to read and understand WHY Muslims were fighting & trying to kill Americans.   Jefferson wanted to read it for himself!!!  It had NOTHING to do with accepting Islam!!!!!!!!!!
• There were many tables in the hallway, with Islamic clothing and art for sale, and many hand-outs containing such information as Shariah Finance (home mortgages), Muslims without borders, Palestinian Aid,  Islamic Relief, and Muslim Boy Scouts

Personal comments:

1. Was nervous due to all the unknowns… would we be allowed in, would we be asked for ID, would we have to walk through metal detectors that would go off due to the hidden recorder, would they verbally attack us, etc.
2. Would like to have had a little more interaction & planning prior to arrival…. Just me.  Hard for me to “wing it”… but, maybe that’s all that could be done.
3. The burka babes made me just want to scream… TAKE OFF THAT DAMN FACE COVERING!!!  (Very young girls wearing them).  Two of the girls removed them to eat & drink.  All females sat together, but one w/her son & baby, slid the glass & food under the mask!!!!
4. Every session was well “written”/”scripted”  to make it all sound good to the regular person off the street … all for the community… all for keeping your neighbors safe & fed… all about the children… how to get involved in government, both locally and  nationally… blending it, but staying connected to Islam!  This is key!
5. They are doctors (Physicians, Psychologists, Dentists, etc), lawyers, and school administrators, and push education very strongly.

I felt very sick when I realized how similar in appearance the dress of the Muslim women was compared to Catholic nuns before they broke from the “habit”.   This was a very difficult time for me, seeing the linkage of Islam & Catholicism.  Very sad!

While I have attended many of The United West’s symposiums and such, I was a newcomer and neophyte to this large ISNA gathering, I did not know what to really expect, but I was excited to have been included.  Most of my dealings with Muslims have been protests outside of mosques and Islamic centers where Hamas fund raisers were taking place, and where imams have been arrested for sending money to mid-east terrorist organizations.  For years, I have been an activist, and an agitator when need be.

Given that I am a recognized person and personality, I did not go into the rooms with the speakers and rest of TUW; rather I stayed out and did the street protest where I met new friends, and hung out with Tom and Mark and the camera crew.

Spending 3 days and evenings ensconced in a Muslim community, if you will, was quite different than leading scrappy demonstrations.  It was not a protest and then you go home.  It was Muslims in the lobby, Muslims in the breakfast and lunch rooms, dinner areas, and the lounges to boot (they did not drink alcohol).

Note:  I made friends with the Black female bartender on Friday and commented that she probably would not be busy, given that Muslims do not drink.  Then I wondered if Muslims even tip?  On Saturday, early evening, I walked into the lounge and asked her how it was going.  She had the worst look on her face and remarked that it was the worst day of her working life.  The place was full of Muslims eating dinner.  The way it worked is that the customer orders from her, then she puts the order into the computer, then she leaves the room, walks across the lobby to the kitchen and brings back the order(s).  This had been going on since 2:00 pm and she had not received one single tip from these folks… tens and tens and tens of them.  I guess that’s just one more facet of the American culture that they blow-off, along with other incidentals such as ignoring our Flag and avoiding the Pledge of Allegiance. I wonder if not tipping her was a deliberate attempt to humiliate an American working woman?

Aside from that, I watched Tom and the team, weave their professional magic and began to realize what our being there meant to the ISNA group.  Our mere presence annoyed them.  They could not bat an eye without one of us seeing it happen.  We had dialogues with imams, and some spilled their guts.  We gathered intelligence.

What an awesome experience.  Congratulations to Tom Trento for constantly staying on top of this movement that wants little more than to replace our Holy Bible with their qur’an and our Constitution with their sharia, and to mosque and Islamize the United States of America.  That includes the non-violent, herd- mentality, “moderate” followers, who are part of the problem because they are not part of the American solution.  Had the United West not been there, the advances that would have been made, unbeknownst to the American people, would have been unfathomably escalated and dangerous.

In the vein of ISNA’s self-described openness and transparency, we felt comfortable with the knowledge that we would be welcome and the extension of our open-hand of friendship would be met in kind.  We met many individual conference attendees who were polite and neighborly.  Conversely, the message from those speakers in leadership-positions were at times hostile, racist, and openly combative.

Since we were guests of the ISNA Conference our behavior was always, respectful and polite.  At no time did we act disrespectfully towards anyone at the conference even when we were treated poorly and publicly disparaged.  I will try and paint you a picture of what took place at the ISNA Conference.

The lobby of the Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore was abuzz with scores of women dressed in brightly colored hijabs (head coverings) and men sporting full-length robes, shariah-compliant beards, and kufi’s (head coverings).  There were even women who had their faces covered with dark black ominous fabric showing only their eyes with several children under their care. Walking to the registration table there was a vibrant bazaar of Middle Eastern clothing vendors, artists, CAIR table, Muslim youth tables, Muslim online matrimony tables, and perfume vendors.  The smells of rosewater and sandalwood perfumes filled the air.

The conference started with opening remarks by Sami Catovic.  Mr. Catovic’s speech was warm and welcoming.  The moderator for the first session, Ahmed Bedier, arrived late.  When Bedier took the podium all semblance of ISNA’s mission to promote openness and transparency were thrown out the window with his opening remarks.

Ahmed Bedier made it clear that video or audio taping would not be allowed because there were people in attendance who will twist and turn ISNA’s message.  What is this group trying to hide from the outside world?  You will soon find out.

Bedier set the tone for the rest of the conference by stating, “Some of the faces in attendance are clearly enemies of Islam and hate Muslims.”  Bedier’s comments had the desired effect because 15-20 attendees turned around and looked at me with hate and contempt.  Many of the other 25 members of our group reported receiving looks of hate from those around them.  These looks of hate and contempt towards many of us were because we did not “look” Muslim.  Our Middle Eastern Arabic speaking friends led us to believe that non-Muslim looking people were watched closely for the remainder of the conference.

Despite Bedier’s hate speech spewing from the podium our objective was to always remain quiet, respectful, and give ISNA no reason to kick us out based on our behavior.  Due to our exemplary behavior throughout the conference not one of our people were asked to leave.  I must compliment a number of Muslims in attendance who were offended by Ahmed Bedier’s venomous rhetoric.  ISNA’s silence is consent, as Bukhari teaches in the Hadith, and will forever link ISNA with Ahmed Bedier.  Imam Muhammad Al-Darsani told us that he does not like Bedier and Bedier does not like him.  We learned of much Muslim-on-Muslim division and hostility inside the Sunni community leadership and members.

Ahmed Bedier made an interesting comment when he stated that it would be impossible to have this ISNA Conference in many Islamic countries.  Bedier would be right because most Islamic countries do not allow the freedom of assembly.  The contradiction here is that Bedier is bashing Shariah-compliant Islamic countries because there is no freedom of assembly; yet, he is also hostile towards The United West for articulating a similar message.  This comment above by Bedier would be considered Islamic hate speech if anyone else stated this fact about Political Islam.

Other breakout sessions were Love and Marriage: The Halal Way, Character Building through Islamic Education, Spiritual Development for Teachers, Participation through Grassroots Political Engagement, and Understanding Shariah.

Understanding Shariah: Sacred Principles in striving for the Human Developent by Dr. Jamal Badawi.  Dr. Badawi is a nationally recognized Shariah scholar and co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terrorist funding trial.  Badawi’s session was without a doubt the most popular event of the conference.

There were approximately 200+ people in the conference room.  The audience was made up of men, women, and young adults.  There was a noticeable mood shift in the room to one of anticipation and excitement at hearing the esteemed Dr. Jamal Badawi.  Dr. Badawi’s cadence and rhythm began slow, soft-spoken, and modest.  As the lecture continued with each passing 10 minute interval, Badawi became more animated, excited, and extreme by Western standards.

U.S. Constitution and Blood money

Jamal Badawi became especially animated as he was explaining why Sharia is superior to Democracy.  The lecture went on for 90 minutes so I will give you two examples that Dr. Badawi provided.

1. Badawi said, “The Constitution can be changed and amended by human beings – you can not change the Qur’an which means it is MORE than democracy.  In Islam it is more than the 21st century legal system even in this country (USA), because the Qur’an is not an invention to keep up with the times.”  In other words, Allah’s laws known as “Shariah” are superior to our man-made laws: “The Constitution and the Bill of Rights.  Read that sentence again and let the full impact sink into your inquisitive mind.
2.  Badawi said, “If the family of the person who was murdered goes to the judge and says we are not interested in another life being taken, we forgive.  Can that be done in Democracy?  NO, because it becomes a State case.”  “If the family of the murdered person feels that the person who murdered is remorseful or offering financial compensation, especially if he is the bread winner, they can forgive with or even without financial compensation and this is superior to western laws.  There is no question in my mind, at least that is my view.  You may disagree with it, but don’t consider me radical, because I also consider you radical for not listening”. (The crowd erupts into applause and laughter).  The message Badawi is sending to those in attendance is, ‘don’t respect American Laws because Shariah is superior.’  I found Badawi’s comments problematic because of the Islamic doctrinal concept of financial compensation for a person’s life is “blood money,” by any other name, and devalues human life.

Badawi is the face of ISNA.  Jamal Badawi thought he was talking to a Muslim audience and told the truth as he sees it – he hates American jurisprudence.  I have seen Badawi speak at the University of Central Florida and I can tell you his message was not as overtly Anti-American as at this ISNA Conference.

Mood of the room changes after Badawi speaks

The mood of the room changed again after Badawi’s speech.  The looks of contempt towards the non-Muslims in the audience were a few seconds longer and more confident.  However, when you looked these ISNA bullies right back in the eye, 90% of the time they would avert their eyes in shame.  Nothing was ever said between the two parties and that is the power of non-verbal intimidation techniques.

As I walked out of the conference room the halls were jam packed and the ISNA attendees seemed more energized and excited.  Although no words were spoken to me directly the looks and stares were more noticeable.

The stare-downs, from the older teenagers to 35 year olds, were an intentional form of intimidation.  The stare-down is an invitation for the person being stared-down to respond with a comment.  Once that comment is said things tend to escalate very quickly.  Despite the amateurish attempts at intimidation we treated ISNA’s disrespect with a knowing smile – driving our antagonists even more unhinged.

Why no Pledge of Allegiance?

During the one Question and Answer session at one of the last sessions for the day Roger G asked the question of why there were no American flags and no Pledge of Allegiance at the ISNA Conference.  Their first response was that the Hilton hotel had no flags.

When the ISNA leadership realized how bad it would look if they refused to put their hand over their heart and pledge allegiance to the United States of America they acted quickly.   ISNA and 70% in attendance submitted to the will of Roger G standing up saying the Pledge.  Meanwhile most everyone on the podium pulled out their camera phones and captured the moment on film so they can use that moment for propaganda.  When you see this video eventually pop-up from ISNA – you now know the rest of the story.

Conclusion

The United West encourages everyone to sign-up and attend these ISNA, ICNA, MSA, MPAC, etc., conferences that are advertised in your cities.  ISNA did not like our presence but were forced to deal with it in order to save face.  You have now gotten a brief glimpse into the two faces of Political Shariah-compliant Islam.

Imam Johari Abdul Malik, outreach coordinator, for the infamous Dar al-Hijra Mosque in Falls Church, Md said in a private/public conversation at the hotel bar, that  90% of all Muslims in America will vote for President Obama.  Rest assured this ISNA conference was politically motivated and meant to send a clear message to the Republicans in Florida that ISNA supports President Barak Hussein Obama.  The Mayor of Tampa attended the ISNA conference banquet paying respect to his friends and financial supporters.

On Saturday, local Tampa 9/12, Tea Party, and concerned Americans came out in-force, in front of the Airport Hilton hotel to exercise their rights of free speech.  Around 100 people attended the rally, representing the true united voices supporting America’s man-made laws.

Dr. Badawi confirmed the followers of Islam are taught to believe our man-made laws, The Constitution, and Bill of Rights are subordinate to the Divinely (Allah) written Qur’an.  Dr. Badawi articulated that Islam is a supremacist ideological doctrine firmly rooted in Islamic theological texts and can not change.

The one thing our Islamist friends fear most is an American public who understands the basic tenets of Shariah-compliant Islam.  So get informed and get educated.

However the presence of one of the keynote speakers, Egyptian-Canadian Islamic leader Jamal Badawi, is not only [...]]]> As a tune-up for the upcoming Republican National Convention in Tampa later this summer, the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) hosted a regional conference there this past weekend to rally supporters for the upcoming elections.

However the presence of one of the keynote speakers, Egyptian-Canadian Islamic leader Jamal Badawi, is not only raising ongoing questions about the leadership of ISNA, but also of the Department of Homeland Security’s continued reluctance to stop Badawi’s extensive travels inside the United States despite abundant evidence of his terrorist support and extremist views, including evidence submitted by federal prosecutors fingering Badawi in the largest terrorism financing trial in American history.

Even before the conference this past weekend, the Investigative Project on Terrorism noted last week Badawi’s radicalism, including recorded statements he made in 2009 in support of suicide bombings.

No doubt Badawi’s supporters will point to the questionable 2005 “anti-terrorism” fatwa he signed as a member of the Fiqh Council of North America (failing to note that the fatwa nowhere defines terrorism nor condemns any actual terrorist groups), but in fact Badawi has himself violated the terms of the fatwa he signed.

One of the provisions of that fatwa prohibits associating with known terrorists, but as I reported at the time in July 2007 Badawi was a featured speaker at a conference in Qatar honoring Muslim Brotherhood spiritual leader Yousef al-Qaradawi, where Badawi shared the speaker’s podium with Khaled Mishaal, the head of Hamas and a designated terrorist by both the U.S. and Canada. Badawi’s remarks were posted on Qaradawi’s website (now since removed).

During the event, Mishaal praised Qaradawi as the first major Sunni cleric to endorse the use of suicide bombings, and Qaradawi publicly reaffirmed his support for the Hamas and Hezbollah terrorist organizations – all without the slightest word of dissent by Badawi.

That’s not the only connection. Badawi also sits on the board of directors of Qaradawi’s International Association of Muslim Scholars (IAMS), which just a few months after its founding in 2004 issued a fatwa authorizing the killing of American troops in Iraq. The Iraqi resistance even published the news of the IAMS fatwa on their own English-language website.

That’s right: Homeland Security continues to allow Badawi into the U.S. despite sitting on the board of a group that religiously authorized the killing of American service men and women.

It isn’t like Homeland Security doesn’t know who Jamal Badawi is. In 2007, federal prosecutors individually named Badawi (pg. 4, #20) as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism financing trial in American history, the Holy Land Foundation case.

Badawi was identified in that court document as among the “individuals who participated in fund-raising activities on behalf of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development.” All five Holy Land Foundation executives were convicted on all charges and sentenced to lengthy prison terms.

ISNA was also named an unindicted co-conspirator in that trial. Badawi also serves on ISNA’s board of directors.

In an unsealed opinion by presiding federal Judge Jorge Solis, he noted that “the government has produced ample evidence to establish the associations of CAIR, ISNA and NAIT with HLF, the Islamic Association for Palestine (“IAP”), and with Hamas.” (pp. 14-15)

Several media reports have also observed ISNA’s long history of financing global terrorist organizations, including the Islamic charity that bankrolled the network that conducted the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

During the Holy Land Foundation trial, prosecutors also entered into evidence a seized leadership directory of the Muslim Brotherhood in North America. Again, Badawi was listed (pg. 2) on the Muslim Brotherhood’s shura council/board of directors.

In another terrorism trial federal prosecutors said that the Muslim American Society (MAS) had been “founded as the overt arm of the Muslim Brotherhood in the United States”. One of the three founders of MAS was none other than Jamal Badawi, who is listed on the group’s articles of incorporation.

Getting back to the group that that issued the bogus “anti-terrorism” fatwa (that again, Badawi sits on the board of), it should be noted that the offices of the Fiqh Council were raided by Customs and Treasury Department agents in 2002 as part of the Operation Greenquest terror finance investigation.

This was no surprise, however, as the Fiqh Council, comprised of Badawi’s closest associates, is a virtually “Who’s who” of terrorist cheerleaders and terror supporters – several of whom are in federal prison, have been deported for their terror support activities, or are now banned from reentering the U.S.

Despite this overwhelming evidence, including Badawi’s being personally named unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trial, his supporters will no doubt claim I’m engaging in “guilt by association”, saying that Badawi himself isn’t bad, he just has some unsavory friends.

But let’s take a look at some of his own extremist religious rulings on such topics as:

• Polygamy (it’s consistent with “Islam’s realistic view of the nature of man and women and of the various social needs, problems, and cultural variations”);
• Wife-beating (It’s OK as long as it’s never on the face);
• Acceptable conditions for suicide bombings (permitted as long as its for “repelling unprovoked aggression or resisting severe oppression);
• Justification for executing Muslim apostates (when it’s considered treason against the Islamic state).

So all of this again raises the question: why does the Department of Homeland Security allow Jamal Badawi to freely enter the country, even though he is not a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident, to spread his brand of noxious Islamic extremism? And why does ISNA continue to be so closely allied with the Obama White House?

This Thursday, May 10th, at 10:00 a.m. in the Bloomberg Room of the National Press Club, the Center for Security Policy launches a national public education campaign to ask America’s leaders to end the real ‘war on women’ — the Shariah War On Women. (http://www.theshariahwaronwomen.org)
